Inside, the home is designed for comfort and connection. The well stocked kitchen makes group meals easy, Roku Smart TVs keep everyone entertained, and memory foam beds offer a restful night’s sleep. Whether you're here to explore Sedona or simply slow down, this home has everything you need.

Our home is ideally located for you to experience the best of Sedona. You’re just a short drive from iconic hikes, Oak Creek, and Uptown.



• Uptown Sedona (shops, restaurants, galleries): 2 miles

• Cathedral Rock Trailhead: 2 miles

• Devil's Bridge Trailhead: 8 miles



Other Things to Note:

• Shower Amenities: Dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have allergies or prefer your own products, please feel free to bring them.



• A Home, Not a Hotel: This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. If any issues come up, we’ll do our best to help quickly, but there is no on-site staff available 24/7.



• Desert Environment: We have regular pest control to keep critters outside, but since this is the desert, you may occasionally encounter insects or small rodents. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent this.



• Starter Supplies: A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, a sponge, and makeup remover is provided. This is meant to get you settled and may not last the entire stay. For additional supplies or preferred brands, nearby stores like Safeway and CVS are convenient options.



• Security Camera Disclosure: For safety and property protection, there is one exterior security camera recording video and audio of the front driveway area. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is not allowed and may result in early cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



• Required Verification: The City of Sedona requires a background check for the booking guest. After reserving, you’ll receive an email from Truvi with simple instructions to complete this step.



• A 3.5% Cancellation Fee will be applied to every reservation, regardless of timing. This is due to our payment processor, Stripe, charging us that fee for an transaction.



Interaction with Guests:

We aim to make your stay as memorable as possible, and will be a message away if you need us, but our level of interaction is up to you. A unique electronic code for your stay allows for self check-in/check-out.
