Erin's Oasis in Richmond

We liked the property but our bed was awful. It was uncomfortable and made a racket moving around or getting in or out of bed - definitely a dissatisfier.

Please fix broken tiles and not put a rug over them

We had a fantastic stay at Erin’s Oasis! It was so wonderful to have such a calm and tranquil space to return to after a busy day running around the city. We loved having our morning coffee on the peaceful front porch and watching the daily workings of the neighborhood. Beds were comfy, the home was charming, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Thank you, Erin - we look forward to visiting again!

Initially we were concerned about the neighborhhood of Erin's Oasis, but we had no problems and had a quiet stay. The house is historic and had some nice decorations. Our family of six were able to sleep comfortably, but had not realized one of the twin beds is in fact a trundle under another twin bed (no pictures of this on the website). Be aware that there is only seating for four in the kitchen--and that is tight. If you plan on making meals there, the kitchen does have basic dishes and cooking gear. There is also a small dishwasher--which is great to have! Bathroom was large and had a nice double shower head. All-in-all, a nice stay, and more affordable than other options in Richmond.

My 8 year old son and I were in town for a soccer tournament. We loved the convenience of the location and the house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring local restaurants and the Science Museum. Erin was quick to respond to any message and the check-in process was very easy. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

A friend and I stayed at this property during marathon weekend. It is a first floor apartment. The other unit for the property is upstairs. Every room in this unit has a door going through to the next room. It was a great location for getting to places in downtown Richmond.

What a lovely place! Check in was so easy. The property was clean. The layout of the home was great for our small family. It's a single level- so I didn't have to worry over stairs. And there are a set of double doors connecting the bedrooms- so I could rest easy in my own space but know the kids were right there and okay. It's a great location in RVA. It felt like it was just a quick 15 minutes away from everything. Cute neighborhood. Would stay again!

The property is lovely. It's in a residential neighborhood. We were attending our daughter's graduation from VCU. The property is a bit further from the university (15-20 minute drive) but good access to Shockoe Bottom, downtown and the river.
