The owner strongly prefers a year-long lease.
However, a ski season lease will be considered at $120,000.

Under Colorado law and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a service animal is defined as a dog (or in some cases, a miniature horse) that is individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person's physical or mental disability

Rentals in Vail complies with these laws and requires reasonable documentation to support accommodation requests for:

Service animals
Companion animals
Therapy animals
Documentation Requirements
Tenants must provide a letter from a licensed medical provider confirming:

The tenant has a disability, and
The animal is necessary to assist with that disability
This documentation does not need to disclose the specific condition, but must validate the need for the animal

Community Guidelines for Dogs
Dogs must be under the control of their owners in all common areas
All dogs are subject to noise and nuisance rules
Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog
If a tenant cannot or will not provide documentation, Rentals in Vail may deny the accommodation until proper evidence is submitted.
