Epic Long Range Mountain Views & Fire Pit! CLOSE to DT AVL/Biltmore/Parkway!

This was definitely the best VRBO property we have stayed at. The check in and check out procedures/steps were very easy and the location has amazing views.

We found the home exactly as described. Very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. We were extremely comfortable during our stay, with plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy the views. We particularly enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise, and the kids loved watching the wild turkeys running around!The house was conveniently located for trips to downtown, Biltmore, hiking, etc. Would happily stay here again!

Gorgeous house. Every bedroom has a view of the mountains. Very clean and comfortable, all the conveniences. Road to get there a bit tricky but that's the tradeoff for incredible mountain views. Make sure you get up early enough to see the sunrise.

The house was a nice place to stay. Everything seemed to be in order and clean.

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and two young children. The location was convenient to all our planned activities and we woke each day to a scenic view of the mountains. Our host was very responsive and the house was well equipped with amenities.

Everything was great! We spent a lovely Christmas with our family. The views were beautiful, and the home was perfectly comfortable. We especially enjoyed cooking on the grill and making s’mores over the fire pit.

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Foxhaven! The view is fantastic. Location is convenient to Ingles and the Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville! Wonderful place!!!

We had everything we needed and everything was clean. The communication from the host was clear. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning having our coffee. Amazing views!!!

We all loved this property, and the view was exquisite! It was quiet even though we had 6 adults and an infant, and very comfortable. The only downside is that it isn't walking distance to anything, but we knew that going in, and it was a perfect location for us. We all agreed that we wouldn't have enjoyed staying in the city. Highland Brewery is nearby, and downtown is only about 15 minutes away. I miss the deck already! Darlene was extremely helpful and accomodating. We hope to go back!

The property was perfectly maintained and very spacious. When walking in the front door, you see the fantastic view out the back to a green, mountain vista. WOW. That view was beautiful no matter the weather and just sitting out on that porch listening to the wind blow and birds sing... magical. The priperty has more than enough space for three different groups of people to have their own spaces for conversations- upstairs tv room, downstairs living room and a huge outside porch. The open plan kitchen and dining room make dinner a snap and all of this country quiet within 15 minutes of ashevile and a couple minutes to the grocery store.

Very beautiful property. Had some electrical breaker issues which interfered with one elderly friend not being able to use c-pap machine. The property manager did everything he could to alleviate the problem in a timely fashion, but we still experienced breakers kicking off. When this issue is fixed I would have no problem staying there again.

We had a great visit! The house was family friendly and had more living space than imagined. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge, but the highlight was the covered back porch with exceptional views that you could also take in from the living room and kitchen! The management team was also highly responsive and available to answer any questions in short order. It made for a special weekend with family.

This was our second time staying here. I'll never get tired of the views from the balcony. The fire pit made for a very fun night too. House is very well stocked with everything you need (pots and pans, plates, cooking itensils, soap, towels). It was perfect for our family of six. We had a wonderful time!!!

House was very well stocked and equipped to meet all of our needs during meals enjoyed at home. The two king bedrooms with ensuites are nearly equal and perfect for two sets of couples with kids enjoying the spacious accommodations upstairs! The views are amazing from the back deck. Very enjoyable and would rent again if back up power or heat source is made available in the event of power outage since the location, while convenient to the city, is fairly remote. We did not experience a winter storm but that could be an issue given the single lane access road that winds up the mountainside to get to the property. Really beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped- overall an excellent place to stay when visiting Asheville!

Seven of us stayed in the home for a family weekend. The house is in fantastic shape… roomy, neat, and well-furnished. The view from the deck is fantastic. We couldn’t use the grill because of bears in the area, but the kitchen was great for preparing meals. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the internet speeds were more than sufficient for everyone simultaneously, and all of the TV’s were large, modern, and great for watching football games. The bed linens and towels were excellent. The only suggestions we have for the hosts are to consider supplying more paper towels and paper napkins, providing some cloth towels for the kitchen, and using an unscented laundry detergent (my wife thought the linens were a little too scented). Overall, this is a wonderful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a comfortable, well appointed home for our family to gather for thanksgiving! Large rooms, open kitchen and dining area for cozy gathering and enjoying meals and football games on several large TVs. The owner/manager thought of every detail! Only downside: the fireplace was decorative only / it would have been nice to have gas logs for extra warmth and festive atmosphere.

Get property with gorgeous views! Excellent location to downtown and Biltmore. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place for a long weekend. Close enough to Asheville with a fantastic view!

This is a property we would stay in again. Great communication from the team and the house was clean and lovely. Perhaps the highlight is the location. The view was extraordinary. Sunrise was a delight to watch over the mountains in the distance. It’s worth it just for the view. Since you are up in the mountains, you may want to consider 4 wheel drive for the approach.

This property is a real gem with stunning views. It was very clean and the check in and communication process was very smooth.

Property was perfect for our group of six! We did spot a couple bears on our travels. Road back to property is in dire need of repair and maintenance but we truly loved the property

Property is amazing. 4 couples had such a fun time. Kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of towels. Bathrooms could have more towel bars or hooks. The large deck in back was perfect for morning coffee and just relaxing or reading a good book. Dining room plenty of seating for dinig together and for a fun eveng of cards and games. Ɓedroom are great, lots of closet spaces. We so enjoyed seeing bear on several occasions and got some great pics from the front porch. The book of instructions was very complete and helpful. Thanks for the chance to stay at you beautiful home.
