Stayed Oct 17, 2025The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The extra touches (snacks, wine and even shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap in bathrooms) were appreciated. We really enjoyed the comfortable couches and ping pong table!

Stayed May 2, 2024The home was great for myself, my boyfriend, my parents and 11 year old son. Close to restaurants and not far from UK’s campus. Very clean. My son enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Great memories were made!!!

Stayed Apr 23, 2023My coworkers/friends and I were very happy with our stay at Scott’s home. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to the Summit- full of shops and restaurant. Scott was quick to respond. He generously let us check out at 1:00 (even though I requested noon, he immediately offered 1:00 to give us extra time). I also had trouble with my payment at the beginning and he was very patient as I got that sorted out. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, there was not a single thing to complain about! Thank you so much, Scott! We hope to stay here again next year if we work this event again!!!

Stayed Oct 21, 2022It was a very nice place to stay. The price was reasonable. The location was great for what we planned on doing in Lexington. The home was clean - very presentable. Scott responded to my message in a timely manner. I could tell that he really wanted to make his home the best he could to make our stay wonderful. We would repeat our stay at his home.
