Entire house minutes to beach, in quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this stay. The house and gardens were amazing. The location was perfect. Our host was a delight.

Sarah was a really great host. She prepared the house for us with great care and everything was thought of to make our stay perfect. Whether it's the pleasant temperature in the house, the ice maker for hot days, the beach chairs and everything you need to spend a day at the beach. She took the time to show us around the house and responded quickly to any questions or needs. We highly recommend renting Sarah's house.

Loved the gorgeous garden full of flowers. Sitting out on the back patio was so peaceful and relaxing. The house was a short 8-10 minute walk to the beach through a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. The decor was charming- I loved the unique artwork.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean, had all the essentials (and more) that we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was wonderful for relaxing and our boys loved the outdoor shower. The beach was easily accessible and neighborhood quiet. The owners were accommodating and very accessible.

We had a wonderful stay! Sarah was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The house was very clean, well stocked and her gardens made you feel like you were in your own little oasis! Location was close to the beach but still quiet and peaceful.

Sarah’s home is so lovely and convenient to all the sites of south eastern Maine area. We loved the charm of the home… it was perfect for my husband and I and our young daughter (8 ys). Locations was easy to travel to Portland, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, York etc… I hope to stay again next year. Sarah gave us excellent recommendations too. ?

The house was very clean and accommodating. Large bathroom, well kept garden, the bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Sandra was an amazing host for a beautiful property. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more from a house or host. I left my earrings there and she sent them back to me. If we find ourselves in OOB again, we most certainly will check out availability at this place first before looking anywhere else.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! From the location to the beach, the amenities, cleanliness of the house, and the house overall- We had such an amazing time and it truly made our family vacation that much more enjoyable. We were very impressed with all that the house had to offer. The kitchen is perfect And is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. The bathroom is also well stocked with all the towels you will need. Our boys enjoyed taking outdoor showers every evening after long days on the beach, and we enjoyed our family dinners on the large patio after grilling on the provided grill. The bedrooms are a perfect size and we were all comfortable during our five nights stay. Sarah is a wonderful, friendly and accommodating host. I wish all hosts treated their guests the way that Sarah does. She really wants to make you feel at home and that’s exactly how we felt. If you’re looking at this property for a family vacation - You will not be disappointed! Book it now!

Everything was perfect...The Weather, The House and the Host. She greeted us and went over a few things with us. We stayed here in 2023 and enjoyed it so much we came back this year for another week. The house is very clean it is in a quiet neighborhood and the yard is great. The house is conveniently located near local Restaurants, Beaches and Attractions. We would definitely come back Again!!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Sarah‘s property in old Orchard Beach! From check-in to check out our stay was seamless. Sarah has thought of everything in the property it truly felt like being at home while on vacation. There was ample space for myself, my husband, my parents and our two year-old son to enjoy each other‘s company and also to rest and relax independently of each other. The outdoor space was a huge bonus being able to have outdoor meals, shower off from the beach and rest on the lounge furniture. I highly recommend Sarah‘s property and would absolutely stay here again!

The host Sara was so nice and met us at the home upon arrival to show us around the property and answer any questions we had. The home is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach.
