They need to put more attention on cabinets it’s not organized and they need to clean it a little bit more

The property was exactly as described! The inside was clean and well put together. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside grilling/patio area but it looked like a great place to relax. Thank you Tarsis for the accommodation and letting us stay at your property.

Great stay! Perfect for families

Floors filthy, baseboards and doors also unclean. Refridgerator was unclean. I placed sheets and blankets over all fur iture and bed where dogs stayed but corners had urine from cat or dog and near windows since our dogs were diisturbed by the odors. House has mold issues and vents i. Bathroons broken, facet in sink has to be turned off just so or it will run continuously. Backyard was mot fenced and full of cats which drove our animals nuts. Nieghborhood is loud at night from traffic. Master bed mattress needs to be replaced. Owners are nice but this was one disappointing location particularly for the price. I left property definitely cleaner than found. We woke up woth headaches from cats and mold each morningThe place could be amazing.Keys left in lockbox.

Lived the backyard and the fire pit. House was clean and plenty of room

The home was good sized and interesting decorations made it enjoyable. The home however is in rough shape and could use a good cleaning.

House is fine and furnished everything we needed. However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing. I queen in bedroom downstairs 2 queens in another bedroom downstairs Two twin beds ina very small bedroom upstairs. One had a trundle bed under it but not really enough room to pull it out and use it. The other room upstairs was like a small den with two sofa beds that when Pulled Out left no room for sitting around to watch TV.

Good stay with friends for a local meeting. This house met our needs and was conveniently located. Host was easy to reach and responsive.
