Entire house (3 Bedrooms)Fully Furnish Near the Ocean/Beach ( Salmon Fishing)

Place was comfortable, shower strong and hot, and kitchen well stocked. A couple of things that that detracted from property- trees surroung house in pictures all cut down, house smelled musty and triggered my dust allergies, and owner claimed we broke a window handle and a garden reel that were already defective/broken.

This property had everything we needed. Plenty of room and space for everyone. Kitchen was great for family meals and was fully furnished. It was located in a perfect vicinity for all our adventures in Alaska. When we had a question we got an answer immediately. A very nice neighborhood and close to Walmart and restaurants.

Good area, good stay. Our first vrbo stay. It did not disappoint. Easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out.

The place was exactly as pictures and was perfect for our trip to the Kenai River. Quiet neighborhood and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with family for our son's wedding. It was comfortable, looked as it did in pictures and any contact with host was pleasant & helpful. Location was great for us!

Not the Vrbo standard for money paid. Odor of old cigarette smoke. Window blinds with broken slats, holes in walls. Bedroom window no screen. Entrance doorknob broken.Wall clock didnt work. Bar of soap in shower with large dark hair dried on it. Text host for help with TV. Response was there's a binder for that. And Keep playing with remote, I don't remember how to do It. Pillows either fat and rock hard, or thin foam. Wouldn't stay here again. Pay more and find something better. Lots of open food items in cupboard, but less than half a roll of toilet paper in the house, and about 6 sheets of papertowels on a rool.it.thevremote

The location was good.

The listing was exactly as advertised and in a nice little neighborhood right in the heart Kenai several blocks from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook and feed a family during our two weeks stay. The bathroom had plenty of linens and all the condiments you would ever need including some you may have forgot at home. The very first night we stayed we had a moose visitation at the front door and on the second night the most spectacular northern lights display off of the porch. The location is very close and convenient to all the stores and restaurants of the city but more importantly only several blocks from the beach access which we took advantage of numerous times during our stay. We also found numerous hiking trails in the area within walking distance of the house. Overall excellent time was had and enjoyed during our stay at this warm and comfortable house. We would recommend it and of course if given the opportunity to book it again on another stay to the area we would without hesitation. of six

House was close and very comfortable. The beds were great. The owner was great to work with. Definitely a 10/10 score!!!
