Stayed Oct 16, 2025The house is lovely in a nice neighborhood, easy walking distance to many places like lucas oil stadium, State Capital house and much more. The host was very easy to communicate with, it has a great backyard that my pup loved. I had a great time exploring the area I'm looking forward to my next stay in Indianapolis and at this wonderful VRBO

Stayed Aug 6, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Fletcher Place. The host was very responsive to all needs and the house was exactly as posted. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of extras available for use, all soaps, laundry detergent, two types of coffee and an entire drawer of tea!

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This property is extraordinarily clean, bright and well-appointed. We stayed with our son just to get away for a long weekend and couldn't have picked a better place. Everything you need is here, and the master bedroom shower is amazing!!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Everything about this house and host was fantastic! The location was great! Perfect walking distance to so many restaurants, shops and stadium. The house was clean and had everything we needed! Sebastian even had a grill and outdoor furniture delivered per our request so we could grill out for Easter! Would recommend 100% and plan to book again soon!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We have stayed in MANY short terms rentals over the years and this home is at the top. The decor is beautiful, location excellent, amenities plentiful, communication clear and responsive…I could go on. There is only street parking but we never had an issue finding a spot even for two cars at times. You are in walking distance to sooo many things you can get by without a car. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again. Five+ stars.
