Home was clean, spacious and well kept.

My family stayed here and it was an excellent stay. Check in was easy. Place was clean and comfortable for all of us. Nicely located within easy distance to everything we needed. Would stay here again.

The house was still being cleaned when i got there. The yard was incredibly overgrown. There was sticker bushes all of the front and back yards. This property is a pet friendly home, but considering the overgrown back yard was fullof nothing but weeds and stickers and there was a whole in the fence,

This was the perfect property for our family. It was extremely clean and had everything we need. It was a short drive to the town square in Denton, which was a huge plus!

Enjoyed the house. It was clean and had a nice layout. However there were ant in bathrooms and a few bedroom. Neighborhood was not great either.

Everything was great. No complaints. Check in process very smooth. Area is close to lots of things.

This is a very nice home. Super clean and updated. It was perfect for the short stay for my family. Communciation with the owner was excellent. We attended a family wedding in an adjacent town and Dallas.There is a lower income area very near by including the Denton County law enforcement complex and Jail. Just be aware of your sorroundings when utilizing the town's ammenities. The college area and shopping areas are very nice and extensive.

My three college buds and I stayed at the house. It was great. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was we couldn't find the light switch that connected with the light over the bar. No biggy. We stayed three nights. Would use this house again. Jackie S Jones

House was clean and nice. Nice neighborhood.

We were very surprised and happy with how the house was for us. Very clean and spacious. The backyard was good for my boys to play. The kitchen had just enough stuff for us to make meals (I only made breakfast). We brought my elderly dad down to see his brother and it was a little difficult for him in the bathroom without some bars to hold on to, but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again with our family!

Very nice home plenty of room and Very spacious!

Wonderful location. My husband and I stayed with our 3 children and their spouses. Master sweet was huge. The kids said the other beds needed a topper, but other than that, was wonderful

Fit our needs for multigenerational celbration

We stayed Here with family for a long weekend while in town for our son’s wedding. The home was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. It was a great place to relax after our busy days of getting ready for the wedding. The location is nice on a street of newer homes. It was a 7 to 10 minute drive to Center of Denton. Would gladly stay here again

Overall excellent house. Great value. Issues passcode was wrong 1984 but last four digits of my phone which is an excellent code. Standard F150 would not fit in garage. Other than that excellent trip. Thank you.
