Entire home flat in Denton

This VRBO provided the perfect location and space for hosting our family & friends for our son's UNT graduation weekend. Roi was friendly and helpful by quickly answering any questions I had. The check in and out process was easy. If the weather would've been warmer, we would've used the large backyard and outdoor spaces much more.

Perfect size to host our family for wedding weekend. Bride and bridesmaids fit perfectly upstairs. Inside was nicely done. Use of garage was perfect! Pool was ready to go. Backyard and outside are not as nice of condition as inside and neighboring property is scary looking, though we had no issues with neighbors. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to everything in Denton.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing stay here during a trip into Denton for our son’s wedding. We arrived to a clean, modern, and incredibly spacious home with all the creature comforts we needed. Roi, the property manager, was attentive and fast to respond when we had an issue with the A/C (not uncommon during Texas summers), and the unit was running perfectly again in no time. Some of our favorite things about this home: The beds are all huge, firm and comfortable, with Kings on both floors that our kids were especially excited to have to themselves! The open floor plan on the ground floor ensured that we could all be together in the same space at mealtime, even if some of the family preferred to lounge on the comfy leather couches near the TV. :) Loved having both Keurig and Nespresso options in the morning, and my wife and I felt like we were having our own mini-vacation in the main suite, with a luxury bathroom that’s almost as big as our bedroom at home! Didn’t get to enjoy the backyard cookout and pool area this time because we were in and out all week, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Denton!

Our family of 11 adults & a 10-month old enjoyed our 4-night stay. The house offered a cool & cozy gathering place for us to chill while attending our niece’s wedding in Aubrey. The pool offered a welcoming refuge to the summer heat - a highlight of our stay! Impeccable cleanliness and the amenities provided speak of the host’s anticipation of what guests might appreciate, a true sign of hospitality! Communication with the host was excellent. Questions/concerns were addressed promptly. A bit pricey for our usual range but worth the additional cost. It made our stay just that extra special with lots of space for our group (inside and outside), located in a quiet residential area, with all the amenities it offered. Thank you Roi!

We were there for my son's wedding weekend and it was a great place for our family. Location to wedding venue (Ponder - Nest at Ruth Farms) easy for Texas. Not too, too far from D/FW. The outside space with covered seating and pool was fantastic for down time between events. Inside was bright and roomy. The check in was a little stressful because I didn't have code til 3 hours before check in. With so many wedding details it felt a bit fraught not to know. Host was good communicator but I was still a bit stressed. Also, just an fyi for planning purposes, bathroom situation a little strange - one bath on 2nd floor for 3 bedrooms and one bath for first floor office converted to bedroom. Primary bath big and beautiful. Thanks for having us.

Family wedding weekend. We’re looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. Both were not useable. Communication with property manager was frustrating at best. They posted a phone number but would not answer when we called. Instead they would text us back in the app. Gave us bad instructions for getting the pool and hot tub running - when followed

Nice house. Clean. Good common area and kitchen. Bedrooms are large. Beds are large with nice linens. Large back yard with several seating areas and a grill. (We did not use grill) You will have some road noise due to proximity to roadway when outdoors. We would stay here again if in the area.

The property is great, well maintained, clean and with a lot of space indoor and outdoor. Great communication with the property management. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Home was beautiful and fit most of our needs for the stay for in Denton for the weekend for a family wedding. Would’ve Given it five stars, but the rules were a bit restricting, And there was no flexibility for an extra hour check-in or check out time without a $100 extra fee. Note that the hot tub does not work in cold weather because it is connected to the pool.
