ENTIRE HOME! 5 BEDROOM, 2 BATH, WITH JACUZZI - .2 miles to Iowa State Campus

I just had a wedding and booked this place for my in-laws coming to my wedding. I booked a hotel (Staybridge Ames) for my family. This place was so good that I felt guilt for my family. I never got to use the jacuzzi in front of my in-laws though.

Excellent communication with host. Great details to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Nice location on quiet street.Very clean and tidy home with everything we needed, from shampoo and body wash to spatulas, cookware and coffee. High-end appliances that worked as expected. Beds were very comfortable with fluffy comforters and plenty of throw blankets. Ample bedrooms and sizes of beds to meet everyone’s needs. Living room and long dining room table provided nice gathering places. We didn’t use the hot tub, so can’t speak to that. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for six adults, hot tub was fantastic on the 3 degree days!

This house is super cute and in a perfect location for staying in Ames during a ISU football game weekend. It was clean, looks exactly as pictured, is on a quiet street, comfortable beds, plenty of space for our extended family group of 9 adults. The only thing to be mindful of is the temperature control, specifically upstairs. It's an older house, so it's to be expected, but all upstairs rooms were a sauna, regardless of what temperature we set the thermostat, then depending on how low we set it, the main floor was chilly. We ended up opening windows and keeping the fans on if we needed to be upstairs, but primarily when sleeping--in late November. That helped for sleeping! Aside from that, we had the best time staying at Krista's home. She was a great host, gave clear instructions and was helpful and responsive. The hot tub was a nice treat, too :) We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

There were five of us that stayed in this well located home. It was simple to find, and had a welcoming presence. It was a perfect place for a five women 50th reunion from when we started ISU as freshman! It was comfortable and accommodated all our needs. Krista was very easy to work with.

Loved our stay at Sweet Caroline’s. Adorable house, very clean and perfect for either couples or a larger family to stay in for a football weekend. Easy walk to campus and the owners were awesome to work with!! Highly recommend to others.

Great location to University, with lovely shade trees. Home was charming and clean. Overall very nice property. Had a couple of door handle issues which the property owner resolved. It would be better to have another bathroom upstairs, 1-4 ratio is a bit challenging.

A perfect place for five friends to spend a couple days together. It was a midway meeting place for five of us from MN, CO, and MO. Five nice bedrooms, hot tub, and convenient to golf and restauraunts. The house had everything we needed for a fun get together. gathering.
