PET RULES - Please read prior to booking

We are happy to welcome guest’s pets who are behaved and don’t shed. There is a $250 additional fee per pet (per week, for longer stays), and the following rules must be strictly adhered to.

1. The pets cannot be left alone in the apartment unless secured (locked) in their kennel (cage)
2. The pet is under no circumstances allowed on any of the furniture, including beds
3. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit if we find out or if it is evident that our rules were not respected
4. Please bring your own hair removal tool, lint roller, etc, and maintain the cleanliness of our home

Due to my allergies, we have to unfortunately be rather strict with the rules, but we've had great guests who are very understanding and respectful, which enables us to continue to allow pets. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions

We LOVE our VT retreat and hope you do to! Please treat it with love and respect. All we ask is you strip the sheets before leaving, lock all windows and the door and make sure the lights are off.

Everything perfect apart from no stair rail to top floor. It felt very unsafe especially when carrying luggage.

We loved your property. So sorry we had such a difficult time contacting you to find the entrance code and also could not find the directions concerning the care of your home until we got to our own home. I am getting older and probably should have let my son take over concerning these reservations. I guess i have learned my lesson. So sorry for the inconvenience of not taking the bed sheets off. i hope everything else was in good order.

We came up to Vermont for a wedding and the farm house was just what we needed. Thank you! Much appreciated the easy check in and allowing us to arrive a bit earlier to get ready for the wedding bash. P. Murray

Home was as perfect as the first stay when we dropped our son off as a Rook. Norwich family up for delayed, post deployment, graduation. We occupying the whole house this visit. The house is beautifully decorated, and SPOTLESS. Well stocked, comfortable beds. Clear communication with owner and caretaker, easy check-in. Enjoyed the time around the firepit, alumni and new grads sharing experiences. Will keep it at the top of our list for returns!

Charming well-equipped farmhouse in a great location! Convenient to ski areas, restaurants, breweries, groceries, etc. Several in our group had stayed here previously. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend.

Our family had a great stay here. Our family of five used both units within the house, and we had ample space for all us. The house is in great condition and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. We would love to come back to this home in the Mad River Valley again!

Family stayed here for a long weekend. An easy drive from Burlington. Beautiful updates to the interior, well-manicured back lawn and paths. Good access to nearby falls, farmsteads and towns. AC for each room which helped on some warm days.

We were a group of friends (2 moms and adult daughters and work friends) that went to Vermont to experience my nephews restaurants- Toast&Eggs and Filling Station. This house was perfect! We spent one day in Burlington. We had such a good time we are already planning our next road trip to VT and everyone wants to stay here!
