Entertainment home w/swimming pool, 15 min to Disneyland, beaches

Everything was brilliant. The house was lovely and well appointed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pillows were exceptional.The area was safe and close to shops and restaurants. Our host was very helpful and quick to communicate. Wonderful stay.

The host was extremely responsive. They even supplied a pack and play for my grandson to sleep in which was very nice as we did not need to rent one.

From the house to the host this place is a standout in the Tustin Area. Perfect for a long or short Disney/Universal stay.

Owner was super responsive. Thr pool was nice as well as the spa. Well maintained with instructions on how to operate. Owner even let me check out an hour later. The only thing I did not like was the home had an elderly person scent. Other than that, it would have been 5stars.

The location was great for visiting our family and for downtown Orange. The host was very quick to respond and was excellent. However, the property is tired and was not very clean, particularly the kitchen which had cobwebs hanging from the top units, the unit doors were dirty and so was the oven. The outside space was great but the outside kitchen was in poor condition. The property requires some tlc.

Exactly as advertised. I'm a great neighborhood where our family could enjoy morning walks.

Everything was as advertised. Clean, good storage, good kitchen with supplies. When we asked for a couple of things, they were delivered the next day. Well located to everything. We would suggest railings for the spa and pool for safer access...but then we're older. The trundle bed would be OK for kids but so much for adults. We'll be going back. We stayed for a month to get out of the desert heat - it was fantastic. Yes, it was in the path of JWA but we got used to it. The owner is wonderful.

Our 8 yr old grandson loved the pool. Good location. It was close to major attractions. Beds were comfortable. We cooked daily, but not enough glassware or teaspoons. And only one fry pan. There were no beach towels as stated. Could use a railing to get in and out of pool and spa. Also one for front door. A lot of unused, personal items that should be cleaned out. Bag of meds in bathroom vanity. Backyard had a lot of debris in corners. Could use some TLC.

Location of the property was really good. Only 15 minutes to Disneyland. House was spacious. Only use the spa one time. My granddaughter said it was super nice

Pros: the house is located within a short drive to beaches and Disney and the spa and pool are clean and inviting (though it must be noted that the house is directly below the landing pattern for the nearby airport). The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies and the owner was relatively easy to contact and was accommodating when we needed to make a last minute date change. Cons: The beds, furniture and bedding are dated and not terribly comfortable. There was a large cockroach in the bathroom on arrival. There are outdoor cameras installed in the backyard that appeared to be coming on/recording periodically when we were sitting around on the patio furniture in the evening. This was especially strange and for this reason we checked out a day early. While we understood the owner had every right to have outdoor surveillance, it felt like an invasion of privacy in a place that was supposed to be a home away from home. Overall, we would probably not choose this VRBO again, though the value was good.

This is a nice older home with a pool and spa. Close by everything in Tustin.Neighborhood was nice and quiet!

The owner was excellent and very quick to respond to messages. The home was perfect for my family. We were there for a Disney vacation. The home truly is 12-15 minutes from Disney. Traffic was always in the opposite direction we were going. The home itself is a little dated. Don't expect to walk into a luxury, updated and modern home. It appears to be well loved and used. Could it use an interior paint job, yes. But that is no reason not to stay here. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The TVs are large. The pool was perfect. We paid to have it heated so that our 4 year old granddaughter could enjoy it without freezing. She loved the pool. We loved the spa. The outside furniture needs new cushions. Again, not a reason to pass by this home. My entire group said they would stay again. It felt like we were staying at one of our homes. If you're looking for a comfortable home, this is it.

My family and I loved our stay! The proximity to the parks was great, but the Uber’s added up, we were expecting that. The pool was amazing and the spa was easy to use. The property itself was clean and inviting. We definitely wanted to stay longer.

Nice place close to Disney, really enjoyed the pool

This was a great location for a Disneyland vacation. Doanh was very good at responding when we had questions about the pool and when we needed a couple supplies for the house. Would stay here again.

The house seemed to be furnished in an older style. All the inside the house amenities were as advertised.

A great base for a Disneyland holiday and an easy access to other attractions in Los Angeles. A quiet area and plenty of shops in the vicinity

Our host was wonderful. She was readily available and made our stay very nice. The house was cozy and accomadating. The back yard was where we lived practically. Nothing was broke in this house, everything worked. Perfect house

We stayed here for 4 nights for a family wedding in Orange. The house was perfect for our size group. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking in the driveway. Washer and dryer worked great, as did the refrigerator with ice maker. There were coffee filters for the drip coffee maker, which was very nice. We especially loved the backyard - pool, hot tub, dining table and chairs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good location and a responsive host!
