Stayed Dec 27, 2025The house is in a good location from town and has a big open floorplan with lots of space. Host are very nice and answered all our questions. Internet was tough at first but got it figured out. What we were disappointed in was the house has some remodeling going on and the floors were so dirty and dusty. The dust is so bad it was everywhere and on everything. We had a few toddlers and their clothes and socks stayed filthy from the floors. Hopefully they can fix that soon and get everything clean.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Just wonderful. The pond provided hours of wildlife, turkeys, deer even a fox. Home was spacious and kitchen well stocked. We will stay there again if opportunity arises!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025We enjoyed our recent stay in this spacious and well-appointed home. It was the perfect arrangement for our multi-generational family of 10. The teens really appreciated having a separate space of their own! The setting was beautiful and it was convenient to Durango and other places we wanted to visit. The kitchen was fabulous and large enough to accommodate multiple cooks. We especially enjoyed watching the wildlife, including a family of wild turkeys that visited every morning.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Our family had a great time in Colorado. The kitchen/living area was a great place to get together and the house was large enough for everyone to have alone time too! The hosts were very responsive when we had a small issue with the internet.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024Our daughter’s wedding was a destination to Durango, and this home was the most perfect space to prepare and celebrate close to their wedding venue at Engineer Meadows. The hosts were supportive and attentive with each question we had and responded quickly which brought ease to the busy days leading up to the wedding. From flower arranging to wedding morning preparations to a post-wedding brunch site for our family and guests, this site was functional and beautiful. All the baking and cookware needed was on hand, the rooms are spacious, and the downstairs retreat was comfy and cozy for our littles to play and explore.For added awe to this past week, we saw deer in the front or back yards each day and at night the living area windows perfectly framed the gorgeous night sky twinkling stars and all. We were beyond thankful for being able to stay in this home for the week!
