Host was quick to answer questions. Check in was seamless, property was very nice.

House was great but I would consider putting dimmers on some of the overhead lighting considering there was only one table lamp in main living area.

The house and property aallowed us to have 10 great relaxing days there. The responsiveness of the team was always swift and friendly. Even on Easter we had a small pool issue and they came out. 5 Stars on our whole experience. Would recommend to anyone. It’s a great stay!

It did not disappoint as there were even lots of options for shade in the afternoon. Upon arriving, the house was very clean and ready for us. A few of the kitchen tools/utensils and pots/pans are in need of replacement, but everything else great.

The pool and hot tub were perfect for lazy days and the house was central to hiking, restaurants, etc. The host (shout out to Melissa!!) was AWESOME and quickly responded to any requests or questions we had. We took advantage of the lovely pool, hot tub, and many outdoor seating areas. We came to see Scottsdale but spent a lot of our time enjoying this property’s amenities. Also, the property mgt team was very quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance.

Our family with 9 adults and 2 babies stayed at this lovely house for a long weekend in Scottsdale. Four bedrooms, including the main, were on one side of the house, and two more bedrooms were on the other side. It worked out really well. All agreed that the beds and pillows were excellent. The sofa and chairs in the living room were comfy and in great shape. Every room had bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and pool towels. A hallway closet was stocked with extra towels, which was really nice. The kitchen was stocked with paper towels, dishwasher pods, towels, and trash bags and bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper. The pool was water was brilliant and clear. We loved using the BBQ grill in the lovely outdoor patio. There were plenty of pool loungers and chairs. It was really nice having full access to the garage and laundry room with new washer and dryer. The neighborhood is so quiet and very beautiful. The property manager was just a text away, and always responsive with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

This home has it all! A beautiful private oasis of a backyard perfect for all activities in and out of the sun! The pool makes the 100+ degree weather so much more enjoyable! The home is beautifully kept and well stocked. They had everything you would think to need at the house and went above and beyond on their customer service for all questions and requests!!! Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable beds. Only thing was some of the back bedrooms were warm but the ceiling fans helped during sleep. Plus it was super hot outside but test of house was super cool. 9 of us stayed here for a Bachelor party. The property was fantastic and actually exceeded our expectations. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the outdoor space in general. Really appreciated the excellent communication with the hosts and the flexibility they allowed for our check in/out times. Would absolutely stay here again.
