Stayed Jan 12, 2026The host was welcoming, the house was amazing, and we loved the big kitchen for cooking food. We had 40 adults staying at this house and it was great. My only complaint would be that the showers weren’t very good — the water pressure on the 3rd floor was terrible and there was one shower that didn’t drain. Otherwise, everything was really nice.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025The home needs TLC, the paint does not match, the bathtub trim molding is dirty, accessories broken, 2 soft spots in the flooring in one bedroom, stove does not fit the current placement (too small). Rented this property two years ago and it was great, this year it shows a lot of wear and tear.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025The home we were supposed to be in had some serious water damage to the point of ripping out the floor. Prickett notified us of the situation and moved us to another location, not beachfront like we had but booked, but at least beachside in one of their quads. Grateful and really appreciative they had a place to accommodate our group. Really missed having an elevator, lots of steps for an older group! Ha! And we suspect that since this house wasn't rented out it hadn't been fully cleaned, evidence in kitchen/living area floor and countertops, and in three of the bathrooms. Property management was notified and a cleaning crew was there promptly and took care of the issues. Not pleased with dirty dishes in the cabinets, but we loaded the two dishwashers up and in a couple of hours, clean dishes. This was from previous renters no doubt. Overall Prickett staff was as accommodating to us, and thankful they had another house available . The area is so beautiful, the beach, and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and ice cream all very convenient. And Gulf Shores has an outside concert area with live music, super fun with the girls as the backdrop! We look forward to a return trip even with the initial mishaps.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025Great location and easy access to the beach. All the rooms had a lot of great space. The furniture in the common area badly needs to be replaced - dirty, not super comfortable, and some things in bad disrepair. Would recommend, but some improvements needed…

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This is our second time to stay in this specific house and it's PERFECT for large groups! We had 40 people for an entire week and had plenty of room for everyone/everything! Had everything we needed in the kitchen (could use a second fridge) and plenty of linens for 40 people. Pool area is nice, beach access is amazing and super convenient and it's walking distance to lots of desirable places! Plenty of parking for large groups as well. Would 10/10 stay here again if our endeavors take us back!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We have done this trip for several years, and this was the best house that we have stayed in with our large group yet. House is set up nicely for a large group, but families can have quiet and privacy. Having only one washer/dryer was a challenge, but we made it work. The walk to the beach is so close, and it was nice and easy to walk back and forth as needed.
