Enjoy Your Vacation on Tims Ford Lake

We really enjoyed the property and Tims Ford lake and John the property manager was always quick to respond any time we had a question about the property or neighborhood.

The house is big and covers three floors. Ceiling are high so there are a good many steps to use the entire house. There are no lamps so all of the overhead lights need to be on and a couple of end tables to sit your coffee/wine on would be nice. Everything was clean and in working order (could stand an upgrade on bath towels and some soap would be nice.) I think the only real caution would be the screen porch and kids. It is high off the ground with just a knee-wall and screen and so kids out there would need VERY close supervision. We will rent again when we visit our family who lives in that development.

We enjoyed our time at this house We had a few issues crop up while there but the property manager, along with the owner, responded quickly and fairly. Since the house can accommodate 10 people, we would suggest some additional seating for the family room and bedroom areas so more than 4 people can sit in the family room area to visit, etc., and there is a chair or two in each bedroom(the rooms are huge so there is plenty of room)for reading, putting on shoes, etc. We didn't use the boat slip, but if we return we would seriously consider taking advantage of that option.

Great house. Walk down to pier is VERY steep. We have stayed here a few times and do enjoy the lake and all it has to offer. A golf cart included in the stay would make it more enjoyable!

Big great room, great screened porch with table/chairs & new recliner chairs. Unexpected long steep downhill walk to dock, not at house. Told use a golf cart if you brought one. Kitchen well equipped, No TVs in bedrooms. No hair dryers. No Keurig. Big room in basement with sectional sofa and TV only. Kind of wasted. Overall kind of Wow when we walked in and then OK. Construction next door started at 7:30.

We had 3 generations stay in the home and it was great! Plenty of space for everyone! Great home with a beautiful view!

House was very nice, plenty of space to spread out. The water is easily accessible and the neighborhood is lovely - good for walking.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We spent a bunch of time on the lake and at our local family’s home, but it was such a pleasure to arrive back each evening to a comfortable home to shower and relax! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
