Stayed Jan 20, 2026Our family vacation at Villa Alica was wonderful! The beautiful house was extremely clean, kitchen had anything you might need, bedrooms very comfortable. Lots of room for families, lot of extra areas for sleeping. The pool/ hot tub area was well maintained, plenty of pool towels & lots of fun. Great grill area. We loved the use of the kayak and fishing supplies. Beautiful dock/ boat area. Walking distance to many places. The host Sonja, responded quickly and very helpful. Stayed May 16, 2025We stay at VRBOs every year for our family vacations. This was one of the cleanest, most beautiful ones we have stayed at. I am a tad OCD when it comes to cleanliness and I felt very comfortable in this home. The pool looking onto the canal is so peaceful. The house is near several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Island. We hope to return to this VRBO soon!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Our family had a great time at this property over the 2024 Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very clean, well supplied (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) and is in a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, roadways, etc. All the TVs, appliances, pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, etc. worked propoerly - no technical problems. Communications with the property owners was easy and they were very responsive, as we the local property manager. We would definitely consider staying at this house again the next time we are in the area.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The house set up was great for family. There is a bathroom access from outside so that the wet kids did have to travel through the house to use the bathroom. It is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. Villa Alica was a dream. It was fully equip with everything you will need in a home. The home had a resort feel while being a private oasis. The location and views of the canals were picture perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. You do need a car as this home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts and property managers were wonderful and were always available if you needed them. We could not have asked for a better vacation. We are back home a few days and I already miss the beautiful pool. We will be back. C.Leone
