Large Driveway for large work vans. Fast wifi for doing work or communicating with family in the evening. This Corporate Home was renovated in 2022. Lots of privacy and workstations through out the home. Enjoy ping pong, billiards, basketball and a swim. 3 large large ROKU TV. Fully stocked home cooking options. 6 king bedrooms, help you escape to your room. Computer work station with super fast wifi.

4000 square foot of interior living space with 3 stall garage, located on about a half acre lot with plenty of parking of multiple RV`s or boats. Great home for business as we provide up to 400 mbps fast WIFI and several work stations. Relax and enjoy, ping pong, billiards, basketball, swimming, jacuzzi, you name it, we probably have it. Sleeps up to 12 but there is additional charger per person over seven people of $55.00 per night per person.

Guests shall sign a rental agreement with the Host shortly after booking to cover such things as pool usage, billiard table usage and smoking policy.

Guest shall pay an additional $70.00 per night to heat the pool.
Guest shall pay an additional $30.00 per night to heat the SPA - Jacuzzi.

Keyless entry, so no key is ever needed. Parking enough for 4 cars plus RV or boat if necessary in the back part of the driveway behind the gate.

Ample Parking including RV and boat parking behind closed gate. High end neighborhood but just 2 miles to the 91 freeway.

Small pet might be allowed with a pet fee and owner approval but Potential Guest must check with Owner before booking, as most pets are not allowed. Additional Pet fees and Pet Deposit shall be required. Check with owner first as not all pets are allowed.

Bed Pillows - Additional king sized bed pillows are provided in the closet and are wrapped in removal plastic.

No Parties or Events are allowed at this property, no exceptions. Evidence of a Party, such as Exterior Video Cameras, or piled up trash or other evidence will cost the guest their entire deposit for compensation for damages.

Please note, all cities including the City of Riverside, require no talk or at minimum, quiet talk, no laughter on outside patios after 10pm, no loud talking or laughter beyond this time outside to allow the permanent resident neighbors their sleep between 10pm and 8am. If you fear your group will be loud on the back deck, after 10pm, this unit will not be a good fit for your group.

Any noise citations by Riverside Police will result in a total loss of your deposit.

The Guest who booked the reservation must have a valid government issued drivers license or passport for ID purposes and be at least 30 years of age and must submit a copy of that ID within 24 hours of the request by the host, or reservation may be canceled by host.

Guests shall sign a supplemental rental agreement with the Host shortly after booking to cover such things as pool usage, billiard table usage and smoking policy. Guest shall provide their email address to Host to send supplemental rental agreement for signing within 24 hours of the request by host, or the booking may be canceled. All adults over age 18 must also sign the agreement also within 24 hours of the request or host may cancel the reservation . Host may also cancel the reservation if all Guests choose not to sign hosts supplemental rental agreement and receive a full refund without penalty.

Only applies to stays below 31 days., the City Riverside requires us to collect a tax after you book your reservation and before or at Check-in of 13%. We will be collecting that before or after check-in but only if you stay less than 31 days.

The City of Riverside has strict Noise Ordinances. Loud Outdoor conversations are not allow after 10pm. Amplified music outdoors is not allowed after 8pm. If Guests get a police citation for noise violations, then a $300 fine will apply to guests against their security deposit. The reason for this strict rules is if we receive more than two citations per year the city can revoke our permit.
ADDITIONAL PET WASTE CHARGE of $65.00 if you do not pick up your dogs waste from the back yard, Please remove and dispose of properly before you check out.

Dishes at Check-Out. Dishwasher must be run and emptied of all Clean Dishes put away or incur an additional $45.00 charge. A charge of $60.00 if any dishes are put away dirty as it can damage incoming guest reviews.

PROPANE: Monthly Tenants shall pay for the cost to fill propane tanks for BBQ Grill and leave them full upon exiting the property. If left completely empty, a $75.00 charge will placed against the Tenants Deposit. Tenant is required to sign a rental agreement before check in or after check-in to continue their occupancy.

Execution of the rental agreement is required for all guests. If not completed prior to check-in, it must be signed immediately to continue occupancy. Access to the property, including door keys or entry codes, is contingent upon completion of the agreement.

Execution by an authorized company representative covers all occupants assigned to the property.

    Loved the home inside and out. William, the host, was amazing. He setup a Christmas tree for us and was very communicative throughout our stay. The kids enjoyed playing basketball and ping pong. All the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Anyone that stays here would not be disappointed,

    Very well maintained large upscale with multiple working and entertainment areas. Property is additional well equipped with ping-pong table, pool table, garage access and pool and spa. It is located in a quiet well-established neighborhood
