Enjoyed our stay! Very spacious. Our host was friendly, easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. Great town to enjoy the winter lake activities and tip up town.

The host was awesome… Along with everything else

Everything was great for what we needed while visiting family in the area. Host was in communication with the check in procedures and needed information. The living room area was a nice place relax. Our only complaint was the layout of the space could have been communicated in the description better. We had elderly family members with us and there were stairs in unexpected places. Due to the layout it was weird to have to walk from one part of the sleeping area thorough another bedroom to reach the bathroom. The temperature was also hard to control and the rooms were all very different temperatures. We didn't use the outdoor space due to it being winter but the yard was spacious.

Location is perfect. Close to beaches, putt putt, restaurants, and boat rental. House has plenty of bed

The place is pretty big overall. Our host was great with communication. We didn’t love that in order to get to the bathroom, our kids had to go through the master bedroom - especially during the night when we’re trying to sleep. Kids couldn’t watch the tv in their room since it wasn’t hooked up at first and nothing was logged in for Netflix, etc. The main couch is pretty uncomfortable and definitely needs an ottoman to stretch out your legs, especially if you have more than two people on the couch! The bedrooms could use darkening curtains. It’s in a decent location, close to most things like the beach and grocery stores.

Property was in great shape and the host does an amazing job to make sure our stay was perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the area of Houghton Lake!!

4 friends played in golf tournament. Convenient comfortable and accomodating

10 of us: 6 adults and 4 kids under 7. Lots of room to move about! Comfortable beds. Lots of parking for trucks and trailers. Vlose to everything. Great value! Will be back to this home again!

We had a great stay here. The house is well furnished with clean linens and towels for you to use. You could tell the property is cleaned well between renters. The beds and furniture were also all in good shape and not broken down or dirty from over use. It’s well located to several restaurants and to Lyman’s on the lake, which is where you’ll want to go for any fishing needs.

The place was at a very convenient location to go ice fishing. Just drove across the road and was on the lake. The place had lots of beds with nice big open rooms. The place was perfect for our family ice fishing adventure

The house was just as expected. The homeowner was nice and easy to deal with.

Stayed the weekend with daughter and grandchildren.

Over all it worked great just needs a little tlc
