This updated unit features new tile floors, living room furniture, bedroom sets, and three TVs. The condo can comfortably sleep six guests with a King in the primary room, a guest bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The minute you step into the condo, the spectacular views will leave you breathless.

Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and an umbrella are provided for guests to use during their stay, making for the perfect beach vacation!

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.

    Wonderful property. Friendly staff. The water was shut off for a day, so that was less than ideal, but other than that it was fantastic. Thank you!
