Spectacular!This home is so well stocked with so many supplies and in the best location! You can even walk to trailheads, but there is a shuttle service that is very accommodating now.Views from the hot tub on the top deck, we’re stunning, both sunrise and sunset. We definitely want to stay here again!

The house was perfect for us. Very clean, amazing views from the hot tub, Little Horse hiking trail across the road and Cathedral Rock a 1/2 mile away. Really nice.

It was a fabulous stay. We had everything we needed. It was absolutely beautiful. Diana was very quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you.

A wonderful home in a fantastic location! Beautifully decorated and spacious. The hot tub location was absolutely stunning! We used the hot tub for sunrise, afternoon, and sunset. It never got old! We saw javelina 2xs. No other wildlife. We did our own breakfasts daily and 3 dinners — we had everything we needed. The only “drawback” if you’re picky is that it is right off the the main road so you do hear highway noises AND all day long you have the traffic for Cathedral Rock going by (or having to turn around on shuttle only/no-car days). It wasn’t a big deal to us but we didn’t realize it ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Sedona in the future. As it was, we had a fabulous week celebrating my 65th birthday! P/S All pics are from the property/hot tub.

Wonderful time in Sedona made even better with the comforts of Casa Magnifica! So nice to take in the view from the hot tub between hikes. Would definitely return!

Our stay was absolutely breathtaking! Sedona was on our family bucket list for years and we finally did it. This house was spacious and exceptionally clean. My wife even texted the owner to see if we could come in a little earlier and then was given dinner ideas and the name of the nearest grocery store. The view is breathtaking. If you’re looking for relaxation with a view, this is your place. A pass was provided for the parks and short distances to the walking trails and shopping near downtown Sedona. Book now! All amenities for our family were provided.

Everything was wonderful!!

This is a spacious house midway between Sedona proper and the village of Oak Creek. It was easy to get around and not far from stores and restaurants. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the sunsets from the hot tub deck. Kitchen was well equipped but some of the skillets need replacing (scratched non stick surface). The primary bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the ceiling fan. We had an issue with the hot tub on the first day and it was immediately addressed by the owner. Steps to the hot tub are irregular so use caution especially at night. Overall a good stay.

Everything was exactly how presented in the listing. We saw coyote and javalina’s. Loved the house and it was spacious and perfectly located I Sedona. The night sky from the hot tub was breathtaking. The day view was spectacular. Highly recommend!

Tremendous location with spectacular views and many activities available. We enjoyed several trails nearby and even went to Grand Canyon for a day in only six days! Night sky was unbelievable even with Full moon. The house is very spacious and owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have chosen a better home to stay in. We traveled to Sedona for our daughter’s wedding. We got in late so it was quite dark when we arrived but woke up to an incredible view of the red rocks from the deck on the hot tub, which we enjoyed immensely!! The house was perfect for my family of 5. Loved the walk in closet in the master bedroom and the decks outside the living room and bedroom. Spacious home with amazing views.!! The owners were wonderful with communication and made our check in and stay very enjoyable!

The house is lovely and clean. We cooked many meals and I appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was great, sunset views were amazing! It was nice to be away from the main bustle of Sedona. You could still hear some road noise during the day, but at night it was quiet. We saw the javelina family roaming around the neighborhood a few times! It was easy to walk to trailheads and not have to worry about finding parking. Also I liked being closer toward Oak Creek, easy access to the grocery store and shops and restaurants.

We had a great time at this house. The kids loved the hot tub and the bunk beds. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs for the week and we had no issues with any of the house functions (TV/air/appliances/etc). The neighbors were very kind and the house feels private/secluded with lots of trees/foliage around. We loved the location. Not in the heart/busyness of Sedona but a quick drive there (or south to Oak Creek). Also the perfect location to explore both Bell and Cathedral Rock when trying to minimize time in the car for the kids. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it!

We had a great time in Sedona. The location is directly in front of Cathedral Rock, no shuttle required. We hiked everyday. The hot tube was an amazing incentive for our kids. The owners were responsive.

House was so clean, offered everything, very comfortable, oh so quiet and the location is excellent! Easy to get to anywhere in a very short time. To get to the hot tub you have to walk out the front door across small stones which isn’t bad, but the pictures gave me the thought it was on the deck, it’s not. All and all it was great!

When we return home we will give a full review.

The location is great with beautiful views all around. The house was very clean. The only downfall was the hot tub had a slow leak and we were unable to use it for most of our stay. Little disappointing the owners were made aware of the leak prior to our arrival. We did book this place because of the hottub for after long hikes.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. House was very clean, and well set up for our short stay. It was the small things that were appreciated - had soap and shampoo in the shower/bathrooms to plastic bags to store our leftover food after cooking it. Didn't hear a peep from the neighbors. Easy access to Sedona, it was just a few minuets to downtown. The view from the hot tub was magnificent! The hosts were great at relaying information. Would definitely use this house again!

Really enjoyed our 5 days at Casa Magnifica. The house is spacious with wonderful natural light and large windows with red rock views. Lots of room for our family of 3. Kitchen had all we needed. Beautiful dining area adjacent to the lovely deck. We loved the hot tub with views of the red rocks and especially enjoyed being able to walk to so many trails. Beds were super comfy, too, and we enjoyed seeing javelinas wander around the property and neighborhood.Very responsive host. We hope to be back soon!!!

Best stocked kitchen! Amazing views from hot tub. Loved the fireplace and living room and dining area. Walked to Cathedralrock and it is a must see. Host was instant with responses and extremely accommodating to allergy issues with chlorine in hot tub.This is a must stay in Sedona. Can’t wait to return!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our recent stay! We loved the kitchen, dining space and living room that are all open to one other. Don’t forget the attached deck for morning coffee and the wonderful raised deck that houses the hot tub and enjoy the evening skies. The location and neighborhood were great and we were thrilled to see javelinas in the neighborhood! Thank you for a great week in Sedona.

We absolutely loved our stay. We flew in with 4 children. They had so many extras like salt, pepper, paper towels, sandwich bags, soap, etc Things that cost so much monkey to buy and not be able to take home. Laundry baskets in all the closets helped stay organized. The views from the hot tub were amazing. We saw wildlife right in the yard. We would 💯 come back. Host were friendly and responded to all messages.

What a great property. The location is awesome. We walked every day to Cathedral Rock. It’s such a quiet and peaceful property. Such a great house for everyone. We are so thankful for the opportunity to be able to spend time in Sedona. Courthouse and bell rock is so close too. It’s the best. We will be back!

Had a great two week stay house was very clean very large communication with property manager was fast and Accurate. House was fully equipped with lots of extras very pleased with that the views from the back deck and especially the rooftop hot tub were priceless so beautiful highly recommend this property

Diane was a pleasure to work with and made sure we were all set for our stay! Their home has gorgeous views of the red rocks. The home had a great space for a family and was close to trails!

Okay - let me just say Arizona in August is HOT. Besides that - the house, the hosts (owners Jack and Diana), the neighborhood and the views - were outstanding. Upon arrival we instantly felt like we were home and found everything we needed upon arrival; or just a short drive were shops, dining, hiking, attractions, etc. Just outside our door were the most amazing views (yes, you can look at the Chapel of The Holy Cross while relaxing in the hot tub)! We want to thank our hosts for being immediately available to answer questions and/or provide assistance. They were, in fact, simply a phone call/ email/ or text away from any needs that arose.
