Enjoy the beach, Fireplace , Hot Tub the wine !! July and August 5 day min

The house is situated right on the bay. We took advantage of the outdoor seating on every level of the deck leading down to the water. Neil, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs.

Had a great time at this property! The views of the bay are amazing. The house is as pictured and maybe even a little better! Neil was great to deal with as well.

We were a family of 6 attending a wedding in West Hampton. This house on the beach was a great location and was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space for relaxing, the views and several bbqs. A wonderful place to stay. Thank you, Neil.

The property and house were clean and designed so nicely.The view from the back of the house and the deck were breathtaking the pictures did not do it justice. The outside seating was also so comfortable. We really enjoyed our beach vacation and it was everything if not more than we expected. The owner was also great he was friendly and always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had!

Stayed here with 4 buddies on a golf trip to Long Island. Worked out great and property was exactly what was advertised. Highly recommend.

Myself and a small group of women came for a girls trip in the wintertime and it was incredible. The view alone earns five stars. Neil was incredibly helpful and everything we needed was there. I’m already trying to plan a summer trip back in the future.

Neil was fantastic and the house was perfect for us. Fire place and hot tub were fantastic for a cozy weekend and can't beat the location. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay, Neil was extremely responsive and checked in on us before and after arrival. We enjoyed the expansive deck and taking a walk on the beach each morning.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. It was easy to check in and the owner supplied us with some choices on it events to attend around the area. It was literally right on the beach and it was beautiful to hear the waves coming in and out when we were sleeping We couldn’t ask for a better time.

Nice communicative host in a great, quiet location on the beach. The neighbors are far from friendly, but otherwise perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay for our first trip out to Long Island. Perfect location on the water, beautiful views and access to most of what LI has to offer. Neil our host was very communicative and encouraged us to reach out to him with any questions or concerns. Our stay was great, enjoyed the home, amenities, and overall experience.

The place was beautiful with a great views. Having breakfast on the upper deck every day was so dreamy! No need to leave with such views and access to the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with and had many suggestions for restaurants. Would definitely go backs

Great house and great host!

This home was everything and more! It was absolutely gorgeous and multiple people from our group wished they could buy it. It has the perfect set up to enjoy the water but still get that homey/private feeling. Neil was extremely communicative and kind. Overall this place was a 10/10.

Couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway setup. Col beach house with great outdoor space/decks leading right down to the beach. There was also a hot tub that we didn't use but it was all setup for us. Neil was great the entire way - from answering a few initial questions, to check-in, the answering a few questions when we arrived, to check out. He really did make it easy. Can't wait to go back!

This property was great for our family gathering. The beauty is really in the outdoor living spaces, the lower deck with comfy loungers, umbrellas and the most amazing view. Wow, was so great.

The location was perfect and we had a great time in the Hamptons. The Beachhouse is very cozy.

Great spot. Only issue was that it was a little tough finding the key at night and adresses are a little wonky on that cul-de-sac so just be sure to get some clarity there. Otherwise a great spot for guys that need a nice place to crash and prep for the next round. We will be back.
