Discover the magic and beauty of Pacific City while playing on the dune at Cape Kiwanda, then wander back to the perfect beach house, your ocean-front vacation home in the desirable gated community of Kiwanda Shores, Pacific City. With a large patio that spans the entire length of the house, the comfortable family-friendly living area with a gas fireplace, and four relaxing bedrooms, “The Beach House” will make you glad you scheduled that family vacation! Sleeps 10, just perfect for a family holiday at the beach.
After a day of building a sandcastle and flying kites, bring everyone together at the 8-person dining room table (with three stools at the island), for a gourmet meal whipped up in the open-concept kitchen. Relax on sofas in the living area enjoying tunes from the Jukebox or enjoy your favorite programming on the Apple TV. High ceilings and large windows make the living area as bright and open as it is comfy.
This one-level home features four bedrooms, with two master suites, one that features a king-size bed with a full bath complete with a shower and jetted tub, the second master features a queen bed and full bath with a tub/shower combo. The two guest bedrooms feature queen beds with a set of bunks in one of the bedrooms and a full bathroom down the hall which also serves the common areas. Enjoy fluffy white towels and hotel-grade linens with duvets on all beds during your stay at The Beach House.
From the living area, step out onto the patio and breathe in the sea air. Listen to the ocean waves as you wake up with your morning coffee and relax in a deck chair with your favorite evening beverage watching the sunset behind Haystack Rock while the kids play in the sand.
Beautiful location, clean house. No a/c or fans and it was very warm inside. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
Great location on the beach. Kids had a great time running/rolling down the large dune leading to the ocean. House had everything you needed (plenty of sand toys, towels, etc). Walking distance to tide pools, too!
Loved the juke box, hot tub and amazing beach front views. Would absolutely come back here!
Such a fun, cute spot. Definitely will be staying here again.
Amazing location and views. Enjoyed our stay.
Location is the best part! The house is directly on the beach in a private gated community. Amazing views of the ocean from the open concept living room and kitchen was nice and well stocked and the house was clean. The rest of the house felt a bit outdated for the price. Because this house was on the higher end of rental prices, we were expecting a little nicer of a house (bathrooms, etc.). We had issues with check in as there wasn’t a gate code included. But, the management company was on it! I’d rent from the management company again, stay in this area but would try a different house unless they lowered their rental prices.
Great house directly on the sand. Well stocked kitchen. Jukebox was out of order. Hot tub was great.
Excellence in meeting our needs and very pleasant to bvb work with.
Great floor to ceiling windows, easy beach access, a wonderful, well-equipped kitchen to cook in. The extra bedrooms are very small, but comfortable and anyway, we spent all our awake time outside or looking outside.
Great place to enjoy the Oregon coast. Easy access to beach and great views.
Amazing view and sunsets. Loved being able to walk to Cape Kiwanda State Park to climb the sand dunes and see the rocks with starfish attached. Highly recommend going over the dunes to see the rocks and beach on the north side. One of the most beautiful beach scenes ever. Recommend going to Tillamook Creamery and a nearby hike at Cape Lookout State Park. Restaurants close earlier than we are used to, so make reservations at The Oar House and Meridian Restaurant as they were both amazing! Also get to Pelican Brewing early so you don't miss out on this great restaurant and beer. The Grateful Bread Co. had some of the best muffins, scones and breads we've ever had, making it a great takeout place. Stimulus Coffee was a total treat and also had great breakfast and lunch items. Luckily the grocer in town was open until 10 pm, as we had to make a couple of dinners when the restaurants couldn't get our group of 9 in. Our teenagers loved the hot tub at the house, as the ocean water was far too cold to dip more than your toes in. Overall a GREAT location in a charming little town, surrounded by beauty and adorable canines everywhere.
Exactly as portrayed. Perfect location or us and the grandkids. We ad a great time.
