Enjoy living on a pecan orchard surrounded by trees!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the home is meticulously maintained—it was absolutely spotless and truly felt like a home away from home.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we got a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet neighborhood. We also really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals easily.Logistics were a breeze: the parking was easy, the property was well-lit at night, and the check-in/out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-managed rental!

Throughly enjoyed my stay from start to finish. It was a wonderful homebase for taking local trips to and from Silver City, TorC and White Sands. It felt like home and if you want that experience besides staying at a hotel, I recommend staying at the Montaro property. Appreciate all the amenities and thank you for the sweet Pecan sampler.

Quiet and quite accessible, the location provided all necessary amenities, it was very clean and equipped. Generally speaking it did fit my expectations. Will visit it again if the opportunity arises.

Great Host, clean house, clean property, very nice double wide house. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms could use some hardware on them. They are a little hard to open.

Awesome place. Very spacious and clean. Lot of blankets. Good location. Great price. Very responsive host. The only thing that could use improvement was a bit more toiletries/laundry detergent as my family of 5 was staying for a week. Otherwise, highly recommended. Thanks.

We were blessed to meet our host. As a rehab person, they did a great job. Even stole a few ideas. I will suggest drawer knobs. People with arthritis, its a little difficult. Big and very spacious. Brought back a lot of childhood memories listening to the wind thru the pine trees. We got Married in your back yard.God Bless

Nice place. Updated and very clean. Only downside is TV that has to be logged into Samsung account to watch.

This property worked well for my two week trip. Kitchen had enough to make meals, washer and dryer worked and some detergent and dryer sheets were provided that helped with clothes. Parking was tight but for a smaller vehicle its adequate.

Very clean. Adequate but no homey feeling. not very relaxing atmosphere. Very stark like an institution or sterile situation. It gave the appearance of just beginning as an Air B&B. Needs a Woman's Touch.
