Stayed Jan 2, 2026Octavio was an excellent host, he checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. This home is the cleanest that I've ever stayed in. It was stocked with kitchen dishes and cookware, spices, all of the basics. The beds were very comfortable. There was a TV in each bedroom. All in all, I look forward to staying again in any of Octavio's properties.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025House was excellent, area was interesting especially Old Mesilla. Restaurants there are excellent. Octavio’s recommendations are spot on! If visiting the missile range make sure you have proper ID.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful – exactly what I was looking for. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. Overall, this house felt like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained rental with a great host. Five stars all around!

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Loved this place!! We couldn’t ask for more. The hostess thought of everything from the lovely and comfortable decor to anticipation of our every need. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Although rated well, we would not recommend La Posta Mexican restaurant, although the Mesilla area was interesting . The Cattle Baron was good, as well as the Corner Bakery Cafe. A Belgium Bite has a good breakfast or lunch.
