Stayed May 19, 2025My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at 807 Rose Ct. She was able to work remotely from this beautiful house and I was able to enjoy all the amenities. I used one of the three bikes to ride around the Island. A Publix, Starbucks and a variety of shops and restaurants were in walking distance. We used the grill and pool throughout our week long stay.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025This property met our expectations. The house furnishings were comfortable, and there were plenty of kitchen-related utensils/appliances. Washer is older and noisy. The view from the covered lanai and dock was fantastic. The neighborhood was tranquil, and the property was in a good location just off N. Collier.

Stayed May 17, 2024We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our group. (1 toddler, 1 infant, 3 adults) We were all very comfortable. The house was clean, the beds were nice, the pool was a great size for us. We watched the sunrise on the canal every day, and then we split our time between the beach and the house pool. The house had some really nice amenities in good beach chairs, a nice beach umbrella and a nice wagon. (Often we find those advertised but I’ve actually never seen any in this nice of shape!) We used one of their recommendations (Twinkle Twinkle Baby Rentals) for renting the baby gear we needed (crib, bumbo seat, extra beach chairs, stroller). They were great too! Dropped everything off at the house for us and picked it all up when we left. The house is located really close to lots of restaurant options plus we also found lots of delivery choices too for nights we wanted to stay in. We’d definitely come stay here again!.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024The property was great! Had a little bump at check in but it was because I never received the email with the check in code. Couldn’t get into the house for about an hour after arrival because we couldn’t reach the property manager. It was Easter Sunday. Called VRBO and they got property manager who contacted us. It was all just miss communication in the end. The property was beautiful and just as described in the listing. We enjoyed the pool, the views, and the dock was perfect for our rental boat. Would definitely recommend!
