A Diamond in the Rough. I was very pleased with the way Davor was able to mitigate several issues that our lady friends pointed out before the rest of the group showed up a few days later. These ladies were looking at the unit with a critical eye and nothing less than perfect, was going to be acceptable. They seemed to forget that the low price reflected the condition of the house. The unit could definitely use improvements of which I am sure Davor, the owner, will address as time permits. He is a new and inexperienced VRBO host. Davor was very responsive to our concerns and went out of his way to make our stay asenjoyable as possible. For this, I give him five stars. The location is perfect. A warm evening, the snowcapped mountains, the lush green eighth fairway, a spectacular sunset - all makes for a magical setting in the desert. El Paseo shopping and dining are just minutes away. The golf cart and the E- bikes that are in the garage are a big bonus. The golf course, swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts are icing on the cake. The neighbors were all super friendly even if we were only guests of the Monterey Country Club as they provided valuable information regarding the amenities. Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone who doesn’t mind a less than perfect home because of the price, the amenities, the setting, and most importantly, the owner’s willingness to do what he can to make staying there a wonderful experience.

Our family travels to Palm Desert yearly and we will definitely be coming back to stay in Davor's condo again! The space was clean, really comfortable, and comes with great amenities like a golf cart (we loved it and took sunset cruises around the course with our kids nightly), 37 pools that can be used, a great patio with BBQ and a gas-powered fire pit. Our host was very communicative and the next door neighbor was also extremely helpful while we were there. Great condo, great community, and great host. 5 stars!
