This Vrbo is a trailer in a very sketchy and trashy TRAILER PARK. The pictures of the property are correct but the properties around the Vrbo are trash.
Cozy Cottage was very welcoming, clean, and nicely decorated. The host thoughtfully left some water and snacks for us, as well as some literature about things to do and where to eat in the area. We would stay there again!
I stayed here for two nights with my two adult siblings. Pros: It is exactly as shown: clean and cozy. For our purposes, it was perfect. The towel situation was extraordinary. And the kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental. Cons: The queen mattress in the bedroom is a little soft, so leave your bad back at home. The TV was logged into Tammy’s Netflix account, and her taste in film is questionable. JK, Tammy, whoever you are.
The cottage was a great place to stay for our visit to Chincoteague. It was conveniently located and approx 100 yards from a town trolley stop. We were there for the Chincoteague pony swim and had a great stay.
I booked this house (fairy last minute) to get away with my wife for my 40th birthday weekend. The house was clean, great layout. Nice neighbors. The property owner even had a birthday cake and balloons inside when we checked in! Very comfy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!
The place is very nice on the inside. Was very organized and clean. The neighborhood is not so nice. There is barley any parking there. The streets are narrow. We took a boat and was told there would be enough room. We had to make it work. I would say the place it’s self is perfect the neighborhood brings it down.
We had a great stay and Kimberly was a wonderful host. There were many personal touches in the property, but the one we loved the most was the fully stacked woodpile for a nightly fire pit. Thanks so much!
Spacious living and dining areas, well decorated. Very clean. Included nice touches that we didn't pack - like bug spray and beach chairs. Would stay here again if in the area.
A very quiet neighborhood and so peaceful. Loved the hominess that was evident all through the house. Highly recommended!
Three of us visited the Cozy Cottage for a two-night trip. (2 adults and a 13 year old) The location was a short drive to everything we wanted to do and see. The added bonus of the included Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and Assateague Island National Seashore entrance pass was perfect, as we had planned to spend time there. We missed a rocket launch by one day, but would have had a great view from the nearby park. Thanks so much!
