Stayed Dec 29, 2025Kitchen table was broken. refrigerator didn’t work We had to keep our food in coolers. We let them know & they did nothingI wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024We stay at VO every time we come to the Keys, love the location for going out on the boat. Area isn’t too crowded and close to other Keys for activities. This house has been our favorite one yet.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024We had a great time here. The only issue was we were not made aware that the hot water heater was not turned on. We were supposed to turn it on while we were there. Would have been nice to know.

Stayed Aug 4, 2022When we arrived the AC did not work. We made multiple calls an once reaching waterfront realty they got the onsite repair person there. The AC could not be fixed that night but brought portables in for comfort an got it fixed in the am. Really loved the unit an location. Appreciate everyone’s help the first day. Would return again!

Stayed Nov 14, 2021My husband, another couple and I stayed at this property for a week. The resort is a clean, quiet, safe gated community. The house was clean and well appointed. We spent two days fishing and being right on the water was very convenient as our fishing guide was able to pick us up with the boat right at the house. We will recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here again.
