We enjoyed our stay, and the property was beautiful. But there were a few things that could use improvement. -First, we couldn’t find the lock box. We found the one on the back side of the house, but didn’t see the one on the porch railing in the front. Suggest you let renters know where it is before their arrival. -Also we were not informed prior to arrival to bring our own linens. When we arrived we had to leave right away to purchase linens. -And finally, the furniture in the home was not what you would expect for such a nice home/rental. The couches and recliner were very uncomfortable and we had a hard time just getting the dresser drawer’s opened and closed.
We stayed here with our family and friends. The property was perfect for 8-9 people and a couple of dogs. We were welcomed right away by someone from the management company who left us a goodie bag filled with useful items. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The location really couldn’t be beat. We loved how close everything is. The only problem we had was that the water from the faucets smelled horribly of rotten eggs/sulfur. That was quite unexpected and unpleasant. We tried letting the water run to get rid of the smell, but the only thing that helped was not using the hot water. This meant cold showers unless we wanted to smell like eggs afterwards. Overall though we had an excellent vacation experience.
