Endless summer in LA HEATED POOL/HOT TUB/CABANA 3 br/ 2 bath with game room

We enjoyed our week in Encino. Terrific location, within a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Lots of local spots for coffee/lunch within a mile or 2. We walked to a few spots. Very convenient for getting to various expressways as we visited a number of different places. Great value!

Wonderful location, close to everything. Lots of sleep options and well equipped. The “game room” was a nice amenity especially for the grandkids. Pool area was lovely and pool and spa were heated. Host was very responsive and got back to me quickly to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful all around. Clean house in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Beautiful pool too. Hosts replied to our messages right away and were nice and gracious. We enjoyed the pool with our teenage kids and were able to get to Universal studios quickly. Lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. 5 stars!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this oasis in LA County. Communication w/host was great - instructions re: check-in, questions about the neighborhood, and very prompt when contacting her. Clean house, love the kitchen, air-conditioner, and pool!! I highly recommend this home.

It was a wonderful week in your home. The pool and jacuzzi were fun and relaxing. We loved walking in the morning to the local cafes.

Cute house to have a quick vacation down in the valley. Very well maintained and had everything we needed. Especially impressed with the pantry selections. Pool and backyard were perfect to a summertime hang. Francesca was prompt with her responses to my questions and would definitely book this house again!

Stayed here with kids and had a great time. The owners were very responsive when we had questions.

The property was clean, the home and neighborhood were quiet and very peaceful. Close to so many good restaurants. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely add this property to our favorite list. Will for sure rent again!

Beautiful stay, cozy place, and fantastic first time to LA! Our host, Francesca was outstanding in communicating with us and even checked on us half way through our stay. The place was just what we needed for our family trip. Plenty of room for everyone, nice neighborhood to walk our dog (also secure backyard for him, too), and the pool is so invigorating after a long drive, only wish we had more time to play in the pool. I highly recommend this place, it checked all the boxes!
