Welcome to 25 Beach Walk, a large and newly updated, five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, end townhome in beautiful Sunset Island. This property has nice views of the bay and sits mere steps from the clubhouse, pools, private beach, and fishing pier. You cannot beat this location!

Fresh for the 2026season, all bathrooms in the home have been thoughtfully updated with modern finishes to provide a clean, comfortable, and stylish experience for every guest.

There are many custom upgrades throughout the home such as a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, upscale appliances (including a new cooktop and a stainless steel convection wall oven), and an adjoining bonus sunroom that's ideal for either entertaining or relaxing. The property was recently upgraded with new carpeting, a new HVAC system, and new furniture in the main bedroom as well. Step outside onto the furnished front porches to find a peaceful spot to enjoy bay breezes and lovely views at sunset. Get a great night's sleep with comfortable accommodations for 12 (and no one having to sleep on a sofabed!). Free WiFi is provided, as are a two-car garage, a parking pad (for a total of three cars), and an outdoor shower to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island sits only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more - all just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    This property was perfect for our family. Its layout was accomodating the need to be together for dinner and group meals but with separate seating areas it allowed for separation for watching TV or hanging in smaller groups. The proximity to the pool, clubhouse and bay were convenient. The flexibility of both indoor and outdoor pools was helpful. Overall a great property with an updated look and nice amenities. The only challenge is parking multiple cars in a tight space and the limit of on street parking - understandable but still a challenge.

    We absolutely love this location of both Sunset Island and this unit!! Have stayed for the 3rd time here, 25 Beach Walk Lane for our Girlfriend trip. Very roomy, beautiful decor and love all the amenities! We will definitely be staying here again!

    We loved the spacious areas and close proximity to the recreation areas. (Pool, Bay Beach, Other beaches and Ocean.) Loved the shopping center in walking distance as well!

    House was situated in a great spot. Convenient for pool and bay access. Nice bikes in the garage. Not very clean and the beds were half made. No pantry space and dark in the kitchen. Furniture was good.

    This is our second time staying at this house. It did not disappoint again. We love the house, it is perfect for two families of four. We enjoy the pool and the beach. It was a great trip. We will definitely book here again.

    The home was beautiful. Well stocked with all you need to cook, clean, play games, ride bikes, water toys, etc. Just bring your clothes and food! The neighborhood was secure. The amenities were top notch. The pool and beach area, gorgeous. I would definitely stay at Sunset Island again.
