The Space:

Welcome to my unique property! It’s this single-family home has a thoughtful layout that allows two affordable guest spaces. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.



While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.



The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

    This house was in a great location for our purposes. It was easy to get to and comfortable for our family of five. There's a grocery store just 4 minutes away and dining out options nearby. It was nice to have a yard for our small dog.

    We got into town an hour early, tried to see if we could get in early but only got automatic replies. We had to wait until the check-in message came in at 4:01pm. Beds were extremely hard, but we enjoyed the king size. Towels were not great. Backyard/fenced was nice but the highway traffic was so loud you couldn’t talk without yelling. House was cute and fit our needs but overall we wouldn’t stay here again.

    The property is nice, not luxurious but a comfortable stay. Mattresses are a little thin and you can feel the slats from the frame through the mattress against your back. But it was a great time to spend with family.

    This property is exactly as listed. Three king size beds was a huge plus for our stay and the place was decorated great, easy to get to and super funtional. Would definitely stay again!

    We came for the big dog show and this house was perfect to relax in after long and noisy days. Have some dinner and get a good chance to visit. The dogs were able to run free in the nicely fenced in yard

    The neighborhood is very quiet and well-kept. This house backs up to the highway. It’s actually sufficient background noise if you’re out back playing. The side gate doesn’t lock and not easily adjustable (heavy as heck and I’m pretty strong!), just beware in case you lock yourself out as we did. At the time of our stay for business/work/a few days with our son in the mix, IF you’re just men coming to work, or for a fun concert festival weekend as a college aged guy, this place is great. However if you’re a female, anyone who wants to get ready or have a spot to sit your items in the bedrooms or bathrooms, there aren’t any freezers or tables for such things. The bathrooms do not have adequate space if you need to lay out items (double whammy if you’re someone with kids to get ready or a female). I’ve never had this happen before therefore when I booked I didn’t pay attention to dresses and such. So just an fyi. Snow being shoveled or ice melt on the sloped driveway/deck is a must. It’s an unexpected hazard when it turns to an ice slick. Close to fast food, highways, easy & quick access to her anywhere from Aurora, Denver, Boulder, airport…. Visit Washington Park. It was an unexpected beautiful place, especially in November. The owner/manager is the nicest man. If not for Jeff being so kind and prompt, great communication to assist with a couple hiccups. I appreciate Jeff’s communication.

    The unit A was just what we needed. The backyard is very big. Which was great for us. Everything look like a winter wonderland with the snow and we all had a blast.

    Enjoyed spending time in the back yard and we were careful not to make too much noise for the neighbors. We enjoyed our time at your place. Couldn’t figure out how to watch the World Series. I think I forgot to sign out of my prime account. Would appreciate it if you would help me with that and sign me out.

    The location is super close to I-25 (and quiet when all the windows are closed) and about 8 miles from downtown Denver. The host was very responsive to my questions. Seating in the living room was inadequate for the three of us (on couch), the dishes will serve 8 people, and there are limited cooking/baking dishes. I would highly recommend this for a small group, particularly if you are interested in doing things in and close to Denver.

    The house was ok. It needed a lot of deep cleaning. The tub/shower plumbing was very slow and backed up in the tub. A little dissappointed.

    Kitchen was a pleasant surprise in a rental, nicely equipped. Roaches a minus, however. Beds were ok, towels ok. There were 5 adults staying for 2 weeks and there were a total of 12 hangers in the closets, 2 of which were child size. No dressers or shelves of any kind, so was a little awkward. There was one sponge in the kitchen, but no cleanser of any kind, and nothing for the bathrooms.Maybe would be best for short term stays. Location was great, easy access to major highways, lots of restaurants and shopping. to stack all clothing on top of suitcases.
