Enchanting Townhome Touching Santa Rosa Mountains

This property had everything that you could want or need. Great views of the mountains, close to shops however you do need a car.I would definitely stay there again.

This unit could be in the poorest condition of any unit that I've stayed at over the last 10+ years. The furniture looks like it came from Goodwill. The couches are old and broken down. The linens in the bedroom are shabby and the pillows are dirty. There's water damage in the bathroom, and all of the appointments of this place are hodgepodge. Keep looking for a better place.

In one word our stay in this property was FAN-TAS-TIC! It was spacious, clean, and had everything one needs to feel at home. We were able to make a lot of our meals at home as the kitchen was outfitted not like a rental, but like one's own kitchen. The 3 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) were perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The weather did not require that we use A/C but it's good to know they have it in case it gets hot. The garage was great since we had a rental car. We were amazed by how quiet it was and had great sleeps. The view on the mountain made it feel very private and was great to look at every day. Many pools (and hot tubs) throughout the resort, with pool towels provided by the owner. The gated resort is very well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and always answered any email in a timely manner. They gave clear instructions for check in/out and accommodated our late check out request. I would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in the palm springs area - close to everything yet secluded.

We always love staying at the Legacy Villas. This was our first time in this floor layout and it was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children stay comfortably here. We prefer having a 2 car garage so this was perfect for us. While there were some smaller issues (ie, no umbrella or shade for the back patio, pillows were not comfortable), this was acknowledged and addressed by the management company in a timely manner.

Perfect property for Coachella close to the festival had everything we wanted. Any issues host had solved quickly! Also very convenient to restaurants and coffee shops overall very nice stay

Clean, comfortable property on a beautiful gated community with nice pools. The house is well cared for and Manager very responsive. The home is rt up against a small, impressive hill backdrop. We could stroll along the hill and walk through the community and enjoy. Looking forward to visiting again.

We rented this property for a month. There were a few glitches but they were fixed in a timely manner. The furniture and carpet are dated but comfortable.

This villa has a good configuration for a group of friends- everyone has lots of privacy. The location of the unit at the foot of the mountain is amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Reynens are warm hospitality professionals who match their owners and renters delightfully and who care to include our non-human family (pets), too, encouraging owners to permit pet stays in some villas. I'm so appreciative of all the things the Reynens and the family from whom I rented do to make me feel like I'm being welcomed by family in the desert.

Roomy unit steps away from the pool. Large patio that faces the mtn. makes it nice and quiet. Well-stocked kitchen. Furniture could use an update but was still comfortable. Large dining table for 6. Pool towels available but no pool toys or rafts etc. so bring your own. Overall good stay.
