Stayed Feb 23, 2025Great spot - felt very rustic and authentic. Everything was clean. I was there with 12 guys to ski. We had very easy access to everything in town, and the drive to big sky resort was short. Only thing I’d note is sleeping arrangements for 12 guys was extremely tight, and we wish we’d have paid more attention to the number of actual beds the listing noted.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn't work. It took 21/2 days, numerous texts and sending a video to convince them it was broken. Assumption was we didn't know how to operate it. Finally on day 3 someone brought us a new coffee maker, however, we were only there for 4 nights. The 24-7 onsite manager is completely bogus - only responses we got were between 9am and 4pm despite calling the 800 number. God forbid there was a fire or a broken pipe in the middle of the night! Sub par responsiveness for paying top dollar.

Stayed May 23, 2024Fantastic stay ! The description was very accurate but the photos don’t do the views justice, absolutely breath taking. Natural Retreats was very responsive even when we had a grill issue late Friday night it was rectified first thing on Saturday. The wild life was amazing just viewing from the deck. If you have to call anything out it would be the mattress in the bigger down stairs bedroom probably needs to be replaced. But overall the place was amazing and we will be coming back worth every penny !
