House needs work, some lights not working, door frame between laundry and kitchen not secured to interior wall, some trim on cabinets held down with tape.
The property was not well maintained. Grass was up to waste, trash all over property, grill is charcoal but listed as gas. The house was a double wide trailer in a rundown neighborhood. Front screen door, rocking chairs, and front porch bench were all broken. Inside the house seemed clean, but my husband had an allergic reaction on day two because of cat fur being in master bedroom. Dishes were rusted and old being about 50 years old. I was responsible for taking the trash out of trash on pick up day, unbelievable considering how much I paid for the property. The gas station down the street was egregiously expensive. Bought 2 extra small bags of charcoal and small batch of wood costing 55.00 dollars. This was my very first time renting from Vrbo, which was completely disappointing. We left a day early.
Great location if visiting the Grand Canyon. Great star watching at night. Get the feeling of being secluded and enjoy the high desert feeling but just minutes from Williams, AZ. Williams is a neat town lots of great stores and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.
This has ac only in hall. In the night we felt hot in the bed room ended up sleeping in hall. Did nt enjoy our stay
This was a great VRBO.It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The vibe was not luxury, but when you are less than an hour from the Grand Canyon, luxury is found outside, which it was. The night skies were amazing.
Amazing property with beautiful views! The house was so clean and very well stocked with essentials. New carpet and new covers on couches. We would definitely stay there again.
This was a great place to stay for a weekend away! I would recommend anyone who stays to bring their own pots and pans and kitchen cleaning/supplies. It is a rental so the kitchen stuff is pretty old and dirty but it worked well for us still! Great property and location we all had a relaxing fun time in the house. It had plenty of towels and bed sheets. It is close to a great petting zoo/deer farm and Bearizona!
Cute house with lots of great space pictures decorating the inside. Comfortable spot to rest after long days exploring the Grand Canyon. Nearby convenience store for any quick needs, and short drive to Williams.
This house was very comfortable with a large family room that accommodated all 5 of us plus a dog. It was 5 miles outside of Williams (easy access to town though) and very quiet. It is a spacious property with plenty of area to play in the snow. The roads and driveway were plowed by the HOA after a night of heavy snow, so we were able to get to main road easily. Very cozy home, good cell service and Wi-Fi. Beds were a bit soft, but we all slept well.
Home is very clean and comfortable. Easy to work with property manager and staff, very responsive. Great location for trip to Grand Canyon, Williams, or if you are in the area for hunting. Kitchen could use some updated pots and pans and miscellaneous items for meal prep but overall it was a good place to stay while we were up in the area. We rented this place twice, both times for a week stay
We stayed at this spot for a girls trip to visit the Grand Canyon. It’s very easy to get there! The place itself exceeded our expectations- it had everything we needed to have a great weekend; comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and it was clean! It was a nice alternative to flagstaff and the restaurants in Williams were really cool to check out.
There is a lot of good to say about this property. Such as, - Not too close to other homes - Great views - Plenty of space inside and out - Full of home resources (lots of kitchenware, etc.) - Nice landscaping (we got lucky with tons of blooming wildflowers) - Great location for visiting local attractions A few things are worth noting that are less than great. Such as, - The road going in is unpaved and very bumpy in places - Internet and cell access was poor. Don't count on it. If we'd known this before booking it might have been a deal breaker. - Some appliances need help - Water is limited and must be carefully monitored - There are tons of ants living on the land (outside only)
Modest but comfortable space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Air conditioning is only in the kitchen/dining/living area, but we were comfortable during our stay by opening windows and leaving doors open during the day to cool everything down. Owner came to check the water tank and is is very friendly.
WE had a fabulous time at the house. It was clean and very well stocked, WE were able to relax and decompress from out hectic life. An Amazing place.
Nice and quite area beautiful scenery.. was disappointed washer didn't work had to go to laundry mat but other than that it was very nice
Starry Nights was very well situated near Williams, only 35 minutes to Flagstaff (which has MANY more outdoor activities than we ever thought), and about 45 minutes to the South Rim entrance of the Grand Canyon. The yard and especially the view at night were gorgeous. The house was very clean, although it's looking a little worn - the carpets really should be replaced and the grill was not usable (rusted and gas leaking). The kitchen was well-stocked and the full hand soap dispensers were a nice touch (amazingly that's not common). The management company was very responsive when we had a slow drain in the shower and questions about the trash. All around a very good rental - we would come back.
