Enchanting Family House w/ Balcony < 3 Mi to WVU!

Great stay in WV. Residence is cozy and clean. We stayed for 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. There was more than enough room for all of us. Owners was super responsive and accomidating when contacted. Only issue for some would be getting to and from house in a weather event. An AWD vehicle is required in the winter months.

This place surpassed all expectations! It truly felt like home. It was clean, cozy, adorably decorated, warm, safe and just amazing! Thank you so much. Our weekend was perfect!

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean on the inside. We were active all weekend, so truly appreciated the showers. The front porch was great for my morning coffee!

Sweet and quaint accommodations! Well equipped kitchen and plenty of games and area brochures available. Only downside--uncomfortable beds, otherwise nice for our family of four!!

We were in town for GeoWoodstock and this house was great for us. Good location for the events we were attending. Very comfortable and excellently clean. We only had one owner contact when we managed to lock ourselves out, everything was solved with a quick phone call. The streets around the house are pretty challenging for drivers from flat country, but that's true for all of West Virginia. We can definitely recommend this location.

This is a beautiful location with flowers to make it peaceful even though you are in the city. It is difficult to find as there are not street signs.We had a person in the hospital so we didn't get to enjoy the beauty but it was perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay here; it was very clean and functional for our visit. All the items listed and supplied made it helpful for our meals. A little disappointed with the road conditions but that isn't the fault of the owner(s).

Loved the house, will definitely stay there again in warmer weather. We were there after snow in area and roads around house were ice covered and hard to navigate.

Pleasantly surprised! The house was spotless, plenty of towels, air conditioning worked well, and morning coffee on the back deck was relaxing (saw deer and turkeys). Would definitely stay there again.

Had a group of 5 friends who stayed for a college football weekend. Had a great time. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Beds/baths all clean and in great shape.

We stayed here while in town for our son’s wedding and the place was perfect. Everything was as described, the house was very charming with everything needed. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The check in was so easy. All done over the phone. Nice text from host. Put the code in walk in the door and go to sleep. This was so helpful after a long drive. Check out was just as easy. Take your trash out and lock the doors behind you. I loved it. No stress about doing something wrong. thanks for being so simple.

This is an adorable clean cottage with good amenities. Located near Suncrest shopping center that has all kinds of shops and eateries plus a large grocery store. The only negatives (but not enough to change my rating) the roads to get to house are like back alleys that are wide enough for one car. Plus there is very little lawn for outside activities, but two great porches.
