Stayed Apr 4, 2021The blinds in one of the bedrooms were torn and could be seen from the driveway. Garbage cans outside were full when we got there. No where to put our trash bags. Dining room chairs were filthy and pillows on the chairs were filthy. The mat that goes on the rollaway cot was filthy. Pool water was cloudy and water had an odor. Gameroom was outdated and pool ball was missing. Furniture appeared to be worn and outdated. Host sent the check-in information to the wrong email address and when I messaged him/her that I never received it, I was sent a message saying Resent here (as if he/she had an attitude).

Stayed Mar 23, 2024Although this is an older property it is well maintained and very clean. Everything was as advertised. The pool, hot tub, kitchen appliances all were top notch. The beds were comfortable. We did buy additional beach towels but other than that the house is adequately supplied. The location could not be better. The owner is very responsive.

Stayed Sep 8, 2023My family and I had a phenomenal weekend. The pool wasn’t clean when we first arrived but someone came and cleaned it within the hour of our arrival. We would definitely recommend property and stay there again when visiting the city.

Stayed Mar 10, 2023The house was lovely. This was the first house I stayed in that requested that I wash the towels, so I thought that was odd because I didn't bring detergent, and the house didn't provide any. I wish I had known beforehand that I had to pay $20 for a gate access card. The property owner was very fast at responding to any inquiries. Five stars! I would suggest updating the pool sticks because they have no tips :)

Stayed Dec 29, 2022With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, this house was a good option for our multi-family vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home or there are plenty of restaurants within a short drive. The location near Disney World’s parks is convenient for outings. Although the layout and basics of the home are good, the furniture and decor is dated and the bedding needs replaced. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub so much. We were glad to have the barbecue and spent a lot of time poolside out on the patio. However, the patio furniture is also in need of an update. As our host, Ning was very responsive. The extra items such as the baby booster chair and good stock of towels were appreciated. Overall, we had a good stay and a few updates could make this place awesome.
