Each floor had outstanding views and ample chairs with attached tables for morning coffee chats. The pool was in constant use because the pool heater compensated for the cool nights. The kitchen was well appointed and set up for a crowd. If you are looking for a rental for a large group this is a great choice.

Amazing accommodations. Very clean and loved the layout. I would recommend bringing your own bath towels as the ones provided were disappointing. Overall it deserves An A rating!

The kitchen and seating area were perfect for cooking meals and being able to all sit down together for meals. We loved all the space on the top floor, allowing us to all relax and gather together, and the bedrooms were spacious and cozy — everyone slept great!The highlight for us was definitely the game room and pool. Would have loved to have an outside TV so we could watch and hang in pool! We enjoyed having a space where we could all hang out, play games, swim, and make memories together. It really made the trip special.The house had some really nice touches like the many icemakers! definitely a plus. The only small suggestion we have would be if the fridge had a filtered water option, so guests don’t need to rely on bottled water. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised and the view was spectacular. Closeness to the beach was a real asset for our stay. Already rented it for next year. Cannot over appreciate the utility of the elevator in the unload and load process. This was especially true when making large grocery runs (2x grocery stores ~5 minutes away). Tracy was a great help with all things getting into the property as well as during the stay. A problem with the dual oven occurred and Lee promptly arrived to assist. Bottom line - if there is a problem, the staff Makes-it-Right.

This home is better than the pictures! There were 13 adults reconnecting from high school/college days (70s - 80s) and this home was perfect! It is very spacious and accommodating. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. We hope to return next year!!

The property was beautiful and big enough to accommodate our group of 20. There were a few mechanical issues but the property manager was quick to send someone to fix things

The house has a great layout, the kitchen is well stocked, has high end appliances and there's plenty of seating inside and out. The pool area is very nice and has easy beach access. The property manager was very easy to work with and replied to requests in a timely manner.

We stayed here in August of 2024 - a few related families (20 people). We have rented numerous VRBOs in different places across the country, and this was by far our favorite VRBO ever. Exceptional views and beach access, a unique curved vaulted ceiling on the top floor with generous gathering space. It felt like we could have hosted 30-40 people in the top floor gathering space with ease. Wonderful play areas for the teens with arcades and a movie room and each of the bedrooms were really well sized with nice en suite bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and routine service was performed while we were there to ensure they continued working properly. Communication with the property manager was prompt, clear and helpful. I really cannot recommend this property more - we'll be back for sure.
