Emerald Belle - Gulf Front Home with Ocean Views & Spacious Deck

Pictures of this property must have been taken years ago. The property has gone way downhill from the pictures posted. Upon entering the property, we found rat droppings and dead roaches in a closet. Exposed screws sticking up from the decking with broken boards. The house is in a great need of pressure washing.. The furniture in the living room was absolutely disgusting. We had to drain all of the furniture with sheets. The windows overlooking the beautiful ocean were so disgusting that I had to go purchase Windex and clean them on the outside from top to bottom so that we could remotely even see the view. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets with mold and mildew. Broken cabinet doors were missing. Insulation around the framing of the porch doors was falling out. The tile in the bathrooms was disgusting, there were many many rodent traps under cabinetry, which clearly tells me they’ve had a problem . The only great thing about this property was its location. It’s literally right on the beach with unobstructed views. The beds were clean and the bathrooms were clean. The family room shower was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and there was adequate space. The house is in great need for updates. Broken blinds, walls that desperately needs to be repainted, the kitchen is lacking in supplies for cooking. The appliances in the kitchen were very nice except for the stove which did not properly ventilate therefore cooking anything would set off the fire alarms

I do not even know where to start because everything about our stay was absolute perfection. The house was even better in person than in the listing. Five star properties is hands down one of the best places i have ever booked a vacation property through. They made sure we had all the necessary items for our week stay as well as many many extras. They rented us a golf car and 4 bikes, we had tons of snorkeling gear and floats and body boards to use. They even made sure we had 4 umbrellas and 8 beach chairs set up and ready on the beach daily by 6am. Also a charcuterie board as a welcome gift. I would definitely book through them again!!!

Great home in a great location. Need a couple of private beach sandwich boards for beach to remind beach goers to keep a little distance- other than that- perfect stay.

Nice house with a few structure problems (uneven floors, missing tiles and cracked walls). The advertised private beach wa s NOT private. Being next to Leeward entrance, no one enforced or controlled the encroached people on our space. Properties next to our had signs on the beach saying private. This on did not.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained property, staff was very helpful and very friendly, price was very reasonable. It would be awesome if they add sound system, smart TV and coffee modern maker.

The family and I had a great week at this spectacular property in a great location. The service from Five Star Realty and Bliss was white glove and much appreciated.

Amazing views and location just 25 steps to the high tide line. Included beach chairs service w 4 chairs, 6 person gas golf cart and 4 bikes. BUT, so many issues incl dryer was broken and was replaced mid stay, large heavy sliding glass doors required 40lb force to open and only way to the beach, outdoor shower was broken yet fixed 4 d later, broken glass shower door which was swinging and dangerous in the master bath (fixed after we called it in) and a few more items. I’m not one to complain but this property was not ready and considering the luxury price point, the constant service folks coming in and out over the 4 of the 7 days we were there was very disconcerting. This was part of. Vacation rental company, called Five Stars ironically, and there was no attention yo detail here. They had not even replied to the Vrbo inquiries which should’ve been a clue. Most others on Vrbo take care to reply. Would not recommend this place because of the unreadiness, even with the fantastic beachfront location.

We had a great time! It was a nice place to stay and the location was awesome.
