Driveway could be a problem if snowy and icy! Could use additional tv in living room. Ok layout, a little funky, but worked. Not great wslkibility.

The driveway is very very difficult to maneuver! If there was lots of snow and ice it would be dangerous. For walking up and down and driving! There are no tissues in the house. Having to use toilet paper to blow your nose seems silly. Garage was not working well or at all most of the trip. Also, there should be a tv upstairs on the kitchen level. That’s where people gather and hang out.

Great communication with host. Home was clean. Well stocked with games. The ping pong table was a great feature. The pellet and the gas stoves in the two living spaces were wonderful. Home was toasty warm. Four stars only due to lack of power in the far end of the upstairs living room, making the space dark and unable to access the stereo system. Additionally, the reverse layout of the home, with the main living upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs made it noisy for downstairs guests sleeping later.

The house is so cool we referred to it as the Fun House during our stay. The kitchen was stocked so well that we pulled Thanksgiving off without a hitch. House is in a great location to walk to the river and Old Mill area.

This was a very fun place. The gathering spaces were many. The decor was comfy and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the deck and view, the close proximity to the river paths and mill district and the cozy fireplaces. This place is a 10. Thank you.

it is a great house for a group and we enjoyed it very much. couple of suggestions. we arrived after dark and all the lights IN the house were on BUT the outside ones were not and it was tough navigating the walk way and stairs in darkness out side not knowing where it went. we did use cell phone lights a little to help. we were very surprised there was no mention of the amount of stairs. was a little tough as our group were all over 70 but we did manage. we did need fans as there was only one in the house and the air had not been turned on and after a hot humid day it was very warn upstairs and in the bedrooms. we were short some linen supplies for a group of 6 BUT when we called the office they took care of all our needs quickly. a little nitpicking yes but all in all we enjoyed it a lot. funny story on the driveway. we had a van and drove up the hill. we parked and opened the tailgate to take out the luggage. as we were doing it one piece slid out and landed on it wheels and headed down the driveway. went at a pretty good clip but a big flower bush stopped it before going into the ditch. we were joking it was like watching a cheap netflix movie, good times

Lots of steps 30 to be exact, a cool house but would have been easier if we were younger. All in all a cool house and worked well for our family event.

The location was great and the management company was friendly and super helpful! There are ALOT of stairs. Three flights of long stairs from the driveway to the kitchen. We had two toddlers and my parents who are in their 60s/70s and the stairs were hard. The house was clean but funky with lots of trinketsWe floated the river a lot - there’s a great entry point that’s a five minute walk from the house and we’d leave a car at the bottom of the float. Very fun!

Ping-pong, fire pit, outdoor grill, beautiful scenery, and comfy, surroundingsake for a great stay. Location generally good, but closer to the amenities would be a bit better. Some nitpicking things. The beautiful stoneware was difficult to reach on the high shelf.(heavy) and the kitchen lighting was difficult to find and not quite enough. Those are small items, thought you might want to know, would have no problem recommending this place or staying here again.

We were in Bend for a long weekend during a stretch of markedly hot weather. Victoria and her staff made sure we remained comfortable so we could enjoy several days of lounging on the river, bike rides, hikes and beers on the river's edge
