This villa accommodates groups of up to 22 people. The ground floor includes a spacious open-plan kitchen with 2 tall refrigerators, a freezer, two separate WCs, and 5 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two each have two single beds. The loft, whichspans the entire width of the villa, features six double beds, a living area, and access to a large terrace. The open kitchen-living room area is ideal for group gatherings and shared activities.

The villa is well-equipped, featuring 75″ and 55″ Samsung SMART TVs, 100 Mbps wireless internet, and a projector. The total terrace area is 300 m² and includes a large Limelight hydro massage bath outdoors, available for use at an additional charge. The spacious sauna facilities include an indoor hydro massage bath, which is included in the rental price. Additionally, a Drop-in cold plunge pool can be reserved directly from the owner for an additional fee of 200 EUR per booking period.

The villa offers stunning views of Lake Rautavesi, with a sandy public beach just 100 meters away. Nearby, a hotel/restaurant provides year-round dining services and catering that can be ordered directly to the villa.

The nearest ski lift at the Ellivuori Ski Center is approx. 100 meters away. Nearby activities include glow bowling, SUP-boarding, fat biking, the Highpark climbing park, padel courts, and mini golf.
