This Elk Ridge townhome is the perfect spot for your family vacation.
WARM and INVITING from the moment you walk through the door, you will feel right at home.
It is a SHORT DISTANCE TO TOWN and a VERY SHORT WALK TO SNOWFLAKE LIFT. The walk to the Snowflake lift is approximately 200 yds.
The shuttle stop is also right across the street from the town home.

Enjoy the PRIVATE HOT TUB after a long day of skiing and the OPEN LIVING area for plenty of fun conversation and memories to be made.

~One car heated garage and space to store your skis.
~ It is IMPORTANT to note, the garage is NOT very big. It will not be able to fit an SUV or PICKUP. During your stay the garage must be able to close.

#1~Upper Level: Master Bedroom with King bed & private bath
#2~ 2nd room on Main Level with Log bunk: twin on bottom/twin on top & shared bath
Lower level has:
#3~ King Bed with shared bathroom
#4~ Bedroom with Log bunk: double on bottom/twin on top & shared bath.
#5~ Bedroom with Log Bunk: double on bottom/twin on top and private full bathroom.

A THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED ON ALL STAYS!

RENTAL STEPS:
~Email booking request to the property manager. Please send us a description of your group and the nature of your trip.
~When booking request is accepted, the first payment is 50% of the rental total and is due
~Property manager will email traveler rental agreement to be filled out, signed, and returned by email in order to complete reservation.
~Welcome letter is emailed after the rental agreement is returned.
~Welcome letter contains all the information you will need to know about the property.
~A reminder email will be prior to arrival to pay the balance through the VRBO account.






CANCELLATION POLICY:
~A 30 day notice from the day of arrival is required for a refund of deposit.


FAQ's
~How far is the walk to the Snowflake Lift
The Snowflake lift is approximately 200 yards from the town home. It is at the corner of Four O'Clock and Kingscrown.
~How far is the walk to town
It is about a 6-10 min walk down to Main Street. It is an easy walk on a side walk. Walk times will vary depending on the weather.
~Where is the nearest shuttle stop
The nearest shuttle stop is right across the street from the town home. You can see the stop from the back deck of the town home.
~Where is the nearest ski school for the kids
The closest ski school is just up the street (1-2 min) from Elk Ridge. It is at the Base of Beaver Run at Peak 9. It is easiest to park in the 15 minute parking to drop off your skiers for ski school, go back to the property to park, then walk back up to the base.
~The UVHOA pool is accessible for this unit. It is open as long as the mountain is open and during June, July, and August. It is a 5 min walk, or a 2-3 min drive from the unit.

    First and foremost, this is a great property with an excellent location. I do recommend the property to anyone looking to host a big group. Though I must say, the contract does clearly call out there are NO toiletries, but for a property this nice and this expensive not to have a few toiletries seems wrong. Please consider your guests needs. I'm not trying to be petty, and this house is so wonderful the lack of toiletries just cheapens the experience.

    Great location, right next to bus stop to take you to the lifts and town. Easy to get around. Had a great spring break with family and 4 days of snowboarding. Everything was as expected and was an amazing time.

    Excellent stay for a ten-person ski group. Close to the Snowflake chairlift, you can either walk or take the bus 1 stop to Snowflake. The home was clean, cozy, and well equipped for a larger group. We cooked every day and found the kitchen to be well-stocked. The only thing we needed to purchase were Tupperware containers. We enjoyed the large living room with gas fireplace. The dining room table with wonderful for eating and playing games at night. The hot tub was conveniently located on the deck, which we loved. I slept in the bunkbed on lower floor and found it to be comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

    We were 2 families and home, hot tub, and location were fabulous. You can easily walk to snowflake lift or hop on bus right across the street. We would definitely go back.

    In town for ski conference at beaver run. House is steps from shuttle stop which is amazing. Skied down the sidewalk to snowflake lift two mornings. Plenty of beds, seating, and hot tub on the deck was great. Will stay again!

    Great place for a family of 5 - kids had their own rooms! Location is great! We skied every day and enjoyed the option of a 3 minute walk to Snowflake lift or a 2 minute bus ride to Beaver Run lift. Sitting in the Hot tub after a day of skiing was amazing! 15-minute walk to the pool and a 15-minute walk to town as well. Our car was parked the entire time, and we were able to walk everywhere. Jill was great to communicate with, extremely fast response time! Our kids are already asking if we can stay there again next year!

    A group of 9 girls stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. Fantastic and spacious rental! It was well equipped, a fantastic location (shuttle literally right across the street or a 10-15 min walk to town). It was the perfect spot for our group and I would come back in a heartbeat! Also loved the hot tub on the deck :)
