All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Summer Retreat is an absolutely amazing, new, custom luxury home nestled in the quiet residential area in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Offering 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is also a kids gaming room with Xbox and an arcade game. You will find that this home has everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Island vacation! From the luxurious, resort-style pool that features a spa and waterslide, to the rooftop deck with views of both the Gulf and Bay waters. There is also an elevator from the garage to all floors and a full-gourmet kitchen. This home also includes an EV Charger. This spectacular rooftop deck has a full 360o view. The rooftop deck is serviced by a full wet bar at the entrance, making for a great convenience for those sunset beers or cocktails. Watch the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc. These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

The garage houses a selection of pool and beach toys, including beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart to get everything to the beach.

Please note that homes with elevators do not have living accommodations on the first floor. If you have members in your party that struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. SeaBreeze Vacation cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
