Elevated Coastal Luxury w/Panoramic Ocean Views + Private Pool + Firepit

This home is even better than described in it's listing!! Everybody in our big family loved it here. We had plenty of space to gather together and/or spread out when we wanted. The walk to the water was quick and easy, and having a store just down the road was a bonus for when we needed more of whatever. I'm so very glad we found this place.. we're already planning to come back!! ❤️❤️❤️

Port St Joe is a great place to spend with friends and family! You can chill at the beach during the day and cook dinner at the house at night. Panama City Beach is right down the road if you’re looking for some night life excitement. This house honestly had it all! Come, enjoy, and play!!

Was a great family getaway. We loved how quiet the area is. Kids were able to ride bikes around the neighborhood and the uncrowded beach was great. Owner had miscommunication with cleaners on our check in but was resolved immediately and owner took great care of us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental for a large home in MB or SJB area.

This home was perfect on every level! From the check-in process, to the amenities, to the space (beds, living rooms, etc.) it was exactly what we were looking for. It was steps away from the beach, and the upper deck had the perfect view. The hosts provided beach chairs & equipment which was a great resource. It was also a perfect in-between location between shops + cafes in Mexico Beach and downtown Port St. Joe. Highly recommend staying here!

Property was better than we expected. We don’t have the luxury of traveling often and knew nothing of the area. The home was amazing. We have 8 children and plenty of room. We are big cooks and the kitchen was well equipped! The owners have thought of everything. The location was amazing. We did not know how it would be crossing the road. So quick and easy. The locals were so kind, and stopped for our children to cross safely. The beach. Amazing! Powdery perfect sand and no crowds, no high rises. It’s true that you feel like a local

We have stayed n this beach home with awesome ocean views for the past two years. It is a beautiful home and has everything you need while on a beach trip. A very short walk to the beach and you have your feet in the sand! We have 10 in my family and it is spacious and big enough for my crew. Loved the beautiful beach decor and colors.

This place was fantastic! Very clean and stylish with everything you needed. In a great location, and it was wonderful to be steps away from the water! We had a great time at Kent and Chris's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Very short drive to shops and lots of restaurants. The beach was a very short 2-3 minute walk and easy to do with 3 kids in tow. The beaches in the area were clean and quiet. I didn't have to worry about being overcrowded or a condo/high-rise blocking views or congesting the area. The beach was perfect for looking for crabs and seashells which made the kids really happy. The house itself was practically new. The beds were comfortable. The recliners and couches were all in good working order and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you'll need for a week away from home. The only thing I would mention if you are an older individual is that the kitchen is on the second floor so carrying groceries up the steps can be a chore or difficult if you have other physical disabilities. Wasn't an issue for us but wanted to note it for others reading this review. Bottom line, this place was wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family in the future. My wife was extremely happy with me for finding this place and it worth every dime to see the happy look on her face when we arrived.

Perfect location! House was clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed sitting on the top balcony at night. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
