    Location of this property is unbeatable! We walked to Main Street every day. If you don’t want to walk, the bus stop is right out front and the trail head for Sawmill Resevoir is incredibly close. The only time we used our car was when we left Breckenridge for the day. The private hot tub was a nice bonus and the heated pool was great for the kids. We also found the keyless entry to be very nice.The condo needs a little TLC. The hot water heater wasn’t working the first day and half that we were there. A few of the windows were VERY hard to open and one did not have a screen - this was significant to me for safety reasons and because there is no AC so fresh air in August is a must. Some common utensils like measuring cups and utensils were missing from the kitchen and the quantity of many dishes was dwindling (not what was pictured inside every cubbard door). You couldn’t use the dinner plates provided if you wanted to use the dishwasher because they didn’t fit. Other things like the handle to the microwave was about to fall off, several baseboard and door frame pieces were barely hanging on and towel racks were not connected to the wall. None of this got in our way of enjoying our time but definitely showed the age and wear-and-tear on the property.

    The place was fine. I saw the reviews that stated the need for updates, but I was just not prepared for how it would FEEL to stay there. We are simple people, not fancy. But the dingy feeling of a thirty year old bedspread is just nasty. The eucalyptus swags in every room were very 1993, and while I have nothing against 1993, it was just uncomfortable. The bed was extremely soft. The windows did not all have screens, so we couldn't leave them open, which meant sleeping was uncomfortable because it was really warm. It was fine, but we won't stay there again. fine,

    Good location near Main Street and Gondola. The house is in good condition but something must be renovated like chairs and bathrooms. The hot tub works halfway and the cover isn’t easy to remove. The dishes should be renewed.

    This unit was adequate but needs deep cleaning. The carpet was stained. Nice to have a hot tub and access to the pool but not enough towels. When we arrived it was very warm in the bedroom with the hot sun shining through and had difficulty opening the window. Need to provide fans to cool off the rooms. The location was great.

    This condo was on the more expensive side of the dates I was looking at. Given that and the extremely limited hours we were able to be in the unit, 4pm-10am (and the cleaning crew actually came early so we rushed out closer to 9:30am) I probably wouldn't stay again. Had a decent amount of space, but was fairly outdated. The rug in the living room was a hazard strewn about and not laying flat, there was no privacy from any of the bedrooms or the hot tub. Overall, was pretty unimpressed compared to other places I have stayed. Location is good if that's a priority to you.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay and there was plenty of room. The location is great - so easy to walk to town or hiking trails. Hot tub was a fun plus! The living room is not as shown - there is only 1 couch and 2 chairs rather than two couches. This did not impact our stay but may for some. Overall clean but the carpet is pretty worn and stained.

    Overall the property served our needs. The photos on line are not accurate with the property, however. The living room furniture is not the same and therefore does not comfortably seat all the guests. This townhome really needs new carpet and some fresh decor. Location was great and the place was clean so that was awesome. Check in was super simple as well.
