Stayed Jun 19, 2025This is a beautiful home in easy walking distance to downtown Belfast. There was plenty of room for my family of 10 to enjoy our time together comfortably. In the evenings we congregated in the large kitchen that was fully stocked with clean dishes and cutlery, or the beautiful TV room. Accessing the house was very easy and our host was excellent. My wife left her iPad behind and the host mailed it to us the morning after we checked out. I highly recommend this house for your next retreat to Belfast, ME! Dan

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We loved the house! Would definitely stay here again. Lots of kitchen utensils and serving dishes for meals. We like to cook. Easy access to center of town by foot. My only complaint is the house, in general, wasn’t that clean. Dust bunnies everywhere. I think that whoever cleaned it focused on bathrooms and kitchen only. The side door in kitchen, that lead to small porch, was broken and was a real tripping hazard. So grateful we found it at the beginning of our stay as my son is visually impaired and a hazard like this could have landed him in the hospital. Could definitely be a serious hazard for an older person. We contacted the property manager but they never sent anyone over to repair the door. Other than that it’s still a great house and a lovely place to vacation.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024Loved the house, had a great stay. Property and location worked great for our family. 2 Issues we had: 1. Entry instructions were insufficient and required a phone call and over half hour to figure out how to enter the house. There were 2 codes in required (garage and entry door) and only one provided with initial instructions - to the entry door that was not even accessible. 2. Wifi only worked around the Kitchen area. There were extenders in multiple places in the house, but it is not clear that they were working properly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay at your Victorian in Belfast. The home is perfectly appointed for a large family vacation. Not only is the home tastefully decorated but it’s comfortable. We travelled daily and found the location ideal. We made day trips to Camden, Acadia, Bass Harbor, Bar Harbor, Bucksport, Rockland, Bath, Dresden, and Searsport. We enjoyed the Maritime Museum in Bath, a blueberry festival in Dresden, the Fort Knox Observatory, lobster crate race and Farnsworth Museum in Rockland, the General Store in Lincoln Center, the overlook and quaintness of Camden, and Acadia National Park. We made multiple trips to Young’s Lobster Pound, the Shoe Store, and the bike and coffee shop in Belfast. The General Store in Lincoln Center has great sandwiches, cookies, coffee and wood fired pizza and the scenic drive is just a quick drive from Belfast. You will not be disappointed if you book the Belfast Victorian!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We needed a large enough space for our family to get together and still have some me time, this place was ideal! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, common areas had ample seating and the seating was comfortable. The decorations made us feel like we were having an experience more than just a place to crash. Belfast was the ideal location for us as well. Short drives to Bar Harbor and Cadillac Mountain, head down the coast to Camden and Rockland or just head down the street for an amazing coastal experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is perfectly located in this very walkable small city. Belfast has a lot to offer and is a terrific jumping off point for exploring coastal Maine. The house is so wonderfully furnished and decorated - kudos to the designers! Plenty of space for six adults and so comfortable. Great mattresses, linens, and towels, and everything you could need in the kitchen! We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!
