Elegant townhome + oversized luxury pool

Overall, a really great experience. I stayed here for 25 nights and the home was very comfortable. Very quiet townhome that is situated between two other townhomes and I never heard either neighbor.The only thing I would suggest and it’s minor- since I was traveling for work and here for 25 nights, I would have loved a few additional bath towels. I found myself having to wash towels and washcloths very often. Again, that is just a suggestion.

I’ve stayed here many times and the communication with the owner is very prompt. The home is always clean and I will always stay here if available.

The townhouse was wonderful! No problems, very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our two grandchildren spent one night each with us, the host was very understanding about our family. Our dogs had fun playing on the stairs, like two children. Overall, the days were great. Thank you!

A nice property and a good location.

Roadtrip to visit family with my husband and 2 furr babies. Stayed 1 night. Booking quick and easy. New development off of pine forest and 9 mile road. Read the instructions at the bottom of the booking confirmation - a mistake we made for not doing so. Ended up in wrong residential area. Karen was very helpful checking in to make sure we were okay and made it to the house. When she found out we were lost she stayed in constant communication to help us navigate until we found the place. House is more townhouse set up. New development. Very nice decor and, more importantly, very clean. As advertised. Nice neighborhood. Felt safe walking our furr babies around midnight before their bedtime. There are restaurants and Walmart as well as Starbucks close by. Near the freeway so easy to get onto I-10 and drive to the beach or into the city. Will return when we are in the area again. Def recommend.

I have stayed at three different homes in this subdivision, and this one is the cleanest. The others were not dirty, but they can’t compare to the meticulous cleaning of this home. We also love that you have a full lineup of tv channels including local tv and streaming services. This place is always my go to when coming to Pensacola but it books up so if it’s available book it!

This was our 3rd visit and the house was just as nice and clean as the other two times. We got to use the pool this time which was also very clean and well kept. The host is very professional. She doesn’t bother you but always answers quickly and nicely if you contact her.

Myself and my 11 year old son traveled to Pensacola to surprise my daughter who is in college in the area. We wanted a cozy place to stay with a kitchen and laundry. The pool was an added bonus. The house made it possible to stay in and just be together and not have to be on the go the whole trip. Would recommend.

The property was clean and comfortable. Beds were very good. All TVs were smart and easy to use. Nice neighborhood, but very congested. Get good directions ahead of time because GPS will not find the exact unit. Owner is highly responsive. We felt at home here.

The property was lovely! We really enjoyed the unit itself and the community that it is in. The unit was clean and fit us all very well. The only thing that I would give a lower score to is the lack of things like towels, blankets and cooking pans. Other than that, we had a terrific time!

We were very pleased with the property. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed while moving my son to Pensacola from Ohio. My other son and his wife live there, so they were able to visit with us and spend time at the pool.

We needed an extra night in the area before members had to fly out to Germany. This place was fantastic. Karen was awesome to work with and made everything easy for an old guy like me who is not so tech savy! We will look for this place again as needed.
